Arrivo la mattina per fare il tampone e vedo che nessuno aveva prenotato... Per dippiu quando mi prenoto per il tampone mi viene chiesto se sono vaccinata... quando chiedo perché viene fatta questa domanda, la farmacista (quella bionda Capello lunghi) mi dice che è per delle statistiche che lei fa per capire quanti sono vaccinati e quanti no... A questo punto li domando anche io se lei è vaccinata, risposta: « assolutamente si, qui siamo tutti vaccinati, anche se abbiamo dovuto rischiare la vita per voi, perché non ti vaccini?!! » mi sono dovuta giustificare del perché è del percome... roba da matti, rendiamoci conto!!! Questa mattina non è stato possibile fare il tampone perché presumo che per vendetta la ragazza che li faceva lo ha prima spinto con violenza, facendomi appositamente male poi ha detto che non era sufficiente e me lo ha rifatto sempre con violenza e non ha voluto rilasciare l’esito del tampone perché dice che non ero cooperante!!!! Ho fatto già altri tamponi e come lo hanno fatto qui non mi è mai successo!!!! Andate altrove sono più bravi!! E sopratutto non chiedono se si e vaccinati!!!!!! Don't swab here. g	giuseppe martone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non assegno 1 stella perchè mi sembra scorretto che per un individuo debbano rimetterci tutti, il ragazzo moro della farmacia è burbero, sgarbato e per niente in grado di stare al pubblico, il mood è il classico “io sò io e voi nn siete un c..” , se abitate in zona consiglio vivamente altre Farmacie. Se vi stanno tutti sulle palle andate a fare il guardiano del faro oppure lavorate da remoto. I do not assign 1 star because it seems unfair that for an individual they all have to lose, the dark boy at the pharmacy is gruff, rude and not at all able to be with the public, the mood is the classic "I know me and you are not a c .. ”, if you live in the area I highly recommend other Pharmacies. Penso sia l'unica farmacia in zona con questo livello di maleducazione Availability and kindness not received. Except for the girl who swabs, the other pharmacists are rude and not very competent. Cerco di evitare questa farmacia, ma per due volte sono andata per i tamponi. La prima volta la tizia non sapeva leggere il risultato è non vedeva la linea dello stick e ha sentenziato positivo (molecolare poi negativo); oggi la tizia ha deciso di fare passare delle persone davanti alla fila lunga di persone che attendevano con foglio e orario da più di mezz'ora, dicendo: "qui faccio come mi pare" Rude and incompetent staff (except a couple of people, one at the medicine counter and a curly haired woman always smiling and helpful). I try to avoid this pharmacy, but twice I went for tampons. The first time the girl could not read the result and did not see the stick line and pronounced positive (molecular then negative); today the girl decided to let people pass in front of the long line of people who had been waiting with paper and time for more than half an hour, saying: "here I do as I please"

Esperienza con persona alle casse (non so se proprietario, o dipendente): mi presento con mio figlio per fargli eseguire un tampone. Porto con me la sua tessera sanitaria e appena comunico di voler fare il tampone mi viene subito detto che non potevo senza il suo documento di identità. Dopo tale affermazione vengo lasciato per diversi minuti alla cassa in attesa in quanto la persona si sposta su altra cassa immagino per supportare un collega. Quando si presenta nuovamente segnalo che avevo il documento in formato digitale ma mi viene risposto che non potevo comunque farlo perché senza originale, per qualche motivo che io non capisco, non potevo dimostrare che anche mia moglie era d'accordo nel fare un tampone a mio figlio. Quando segnalo che avevo mia moglie al telefono pronta a confermare la mia versione e provo a chiedere in quale modo poter ottenere la sua autorizzazione (forse una mail alla farmacia?) mi viene risposto nuovamente che avrei dovuto tornare con il documento originale. Veramente dispiaciuto non solo per non essere riuscito a fare il tampone a mio figlio ma per la scarsa attenzione e superficialità dimostrata ad un problema di un cliente. Peccato perché l'ultima volta che avevo eseguito un tampone a mio figlio avevo trovato nel tendone all'esterno personale molto gentile ed empatico. Poor customer focus. Experience with person at the checkout (I don't know if owner, or employee): I come with my son to have him perform a swab. I take his health card with me and as soon as I communicate that I want to swab I am immediately told that I could not without his identity document. After this statement I am left for several minutes at the cashier waiting as the person moves to another cashier I imagine to support a colleague. When it shows up again I report that I had the document in digital format but I am told that I could not do it anyway because without the original, for some reason that I do not understand, I could not prove that my wife also agreed to swab my son. When I report that I had my wife on the phone ready to confirm my version and I try to ask how I can get her authorization (perhaps an email to the pharmacy?) I am told again that I should have returned with the original document. Really sorry not only for not being able to swab my son but for the lack of attention and superficiality shown to a customer's problem. Too bad because the last time I swabbed my son I found very kind and empathetic staff in the marquee outside.
