★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude service, they made us wait for almost 15 minutes (nobody was inside) and later on were really unpleasant while handling our tax return. Clearly, they have no clue about the procedure - I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute rip off. Other office said they were open 9-5. Arrived at 330 and despite people inside, said closed. This entire “tax refund “is a fraud. Good luck getting anything back except aggravation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. Went there for tax refund and turned out that they don’t accept a form given by store. They said it’s old one... obviously there says nothing about it on the instructions. Also, I had an acceptable receipt but they need 4 EUR commissions out of my 50 EUR refund. Very bad! So my to complain but don’t want to waste my time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is a way to select no star I would like to select no star! This is definitely a tourist trap. Their exchange rate is robbing. Their tax refund is liar. Don't go to this place to ask for tax refund or make any currency exchange!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tourists BEWARE! Don't come for money exchange here. They will rob you. They won't tell you that there is 29% total charges on the top of the rate. You will see only and realize this on your receipt. The lady is very unfriendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not gonna call it a scam because of my own stupidity. I swapped 300usd for 186euros, when i thought i was trading at 0.82(market .89). I signed so many signatures and ended up paying a 19.90% commission; my fault for not reading the terms closely.

Those are bunch of thieves looking for a scam
Do not do business with them!
I bought a Simcard from them with a promotion of 8gb for 20€, the next day I got a message saying that my credit has ended after using only 200mb...
When I returned and confronted them they said it’s not their problem and that I did something wrong...
When I had reached a Vodafone stand later on I had found out that they had not sold the promotion sim, but the regular one.
Following the reviews I see here now I guess I should have stayed away, too bad that I had not known about it before...
Stay away!!!
