Nightmare workshop. I do not recommend anyone to buy at this dealership! They are dishonest, unfair and perhaps even unable to do their job!

Gli appuntamenti vengono dati ''tanto per'', non è tollerabile far attendere per l'accettazione di un veicolo 1h e 15, perché se vengono presi gli appuntamenti è proprio per evitare questo. Personale al quanto scortese e antipatico al contatto con il cliente. Purtroppo ogni volta che torno in quella officina è sempre peggio. Ps. Non necessito di risposta automatica in cui mi chiedete di esporre la problematica via mail in quanto l'ho già fatto qui. BAD workshop customer service. Appointments are given `` just for '', it is not tolerable to wait for the acceptance of a vehicle 1h and 15, because if appointments are made it is precisely to avoid this. Immatricolazione nel maggio 2018 e presa da me a marzo 2021. Macchina che ti dà quello che non ti aspetti, pratica, funzionale, COMODISSIMA. Marchio Ford promosso a pienissimi voti e futuro riferimento. Nota negativa, il venditore, tutto il sistema Ignarra. Navigatore non funzionante a causa della SD con il programma, richiesto ed arrivato dopo 5 mesi. Oggi primo guasto, a metà Luglio quindi. Batteria KO, con tutte le giustificbe possibili, anni ferma ecc... Ma cosa noti? La batteria non è l'originale e addirittura manca la staffa della stessa. Avete fatto la cresta anche sulla batteria? Dopo aver portato l'auto in officina per tre volte ed averla lasciata là per ben 15 giorni (senza ricevere alcuna chiamata da parte loro) non avevano capito quale fosse il problema! Per loro erano gli iniettori da sostituire invece dopo averla portata dal mio meccanico di fiducia ha scoperto che il problema era tutt'altro! I do not recommend this dealership! I was very upset for a repair! After taking the car to the workshop three times and leaving it there for 15 days (without receiving any calls from them) they didn't understand what the problem was! For them it was the injectors to be replaced but after taking it to my trusted mechanic he discovered that the problem was anything but!

Ogni giorno esce fuori un problema (scusa) per rimandare la consegna. Oggi dovevate solo lavarla e ancora non siamo stati chiamati per la consegna. Sconsigliatissimo. EDIT: la macchina ci è stata consegnata. Grazie alla signora Federica che si è prodigata per accorciare i tempi. Le aziende sono fatte di persone, qualcuna lavora meglio di altre. Bad service. We bought a used car, present on the forecourt, three weeks ago and it has not yet been delivered. Every day a problem comes up (sorry) to postpone the delivery. Today you just had to wash it and we still haven't been called for delivery. Not recommended. EDIT: the machine has been delivered to us. Thanks to Mrs. Federica who did her utmost to shorten the time. Companies are made up of people, some work better than others.

La scelta mi è stata consigliata dal Sig.Alberto Arcese,persona simpaticissima e gentilissima e attento al suo lavoro. Ottimo prezzo per un'auto semplicemente stupefacente nella guida e nella tecnologia che offre alla guida. Inoltre vorrei ringraziare la Sig.ra Federica,la quale al momento della consegna è stata gentilissima e preparatissima nel spiegarmi tutte le funzionalità dell' auto. Complimenti a tutti. I bought my ford Puma Titanium X Hybrid. The choice was recommended to me by Mr. Alberto Arcese, a very nice and very kind person and attentive to his work. Great price for a car that is simply amazing in driving and the technology it offers to drive. Also I would like to thank Mrs. Federica, who at the time of delivery was very kind and very well prepared in explaining all the features of the car. Congratulations to all.
