Ho ricevuto assistenza e umana compressione in modo da riprendere il mio viaggio. Un grazie particolare a Ramona Tiberia, il capo officina Alessandro, il ricambista Carlo e tutti i meccanici che hanno sforato il proprio orario di lavoro per agevolarmi. Da questi il servizio clienti Toyota dovrebbe necessariamente prendere esempio. Ritiro la mia macchina (usata con un anno di garanzia) Mercedes-Benz classe A 2016, arrivo a casa e mi accorgo che lo start e stop non funziona, torno il giorno dopo (il mio venditore sparito), gli altri trovano mille scuse per far passare del tempo, dopo un mesetto di assidui reclami mi mandano in officina e mi chiedono 275€ per cambiare la batteria supplementare!!! A MAI PIÙ!!! BAD !!!
