I personally do not recommend the service and buy cars here as you will be abandoned

Dopo esserci accordati sul prezzo e fissato una data per concretizzare l'acquisto, il giorno dell'appuntamento ( quindi dopo aver perso tempo per recarci in concessionaria) veniamo a sapere che era già stato venduto poche ore prima. I have bought many Ford cars for the whole family and have always felt more than satisfied. Sono andato a colpo sicuro, l esperienza è stata decisamente positiva, Andrea il venditore mi ha consigliato fin dal primo momento, non ha mai dato l'impressione di "voler solo vendere un auto". La trattativa è avvenita in più incontri per mie esigenze. Ho ricevuto un primo sms quando la mia focus e stata prodotta e sono stato contattato cira 7 gg prima della consegna per prendere un appuntamento. All incontro odierno mi sono state illustrate prima le caratteristiche generali e di garanzia in ufficio e poi alla consegna vera e propria i principali optional/funzioni. Il tutto e avvenuto con grande chiarezza e disponibilità da parte dell addetto alla consegna. La cortesia e cordialità qui e di casa ed è uno dei motivi che mi ha portato a rimanere fedele al marchio. Davvero un ottima esperienza, in attesa di recensite anche l auto :) I picked up my new Ford Focus today. I already knew the dealer as a customer. I went without fail, the experience was very positive, Andrea the seller advised me right from the start, he never gave the impression of "just wanting to sell a car". The negotiation took place in several meetings for my needs. I received a first text message when my focus was produced and I was contacted about 7 days before delivery to make an appointment. At today's meeting I was first explained the general and warranty features in the office and then the main options / functions at the actual delivery. Everything happened with great clarity and availability on the part of the delivery person. Courtesy and friendliness here and at home and is one of the reasons that led me to remain loyal to the brand. A really good experience, waiting for the car to be reviewed too :)
