A	Annarita Gentili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo ricevere un pacco, mi arriva un messaggio che il pacco sarà restituito al mittente per indirizzo incompleto ( premetto che la via è la stessa di dove di trova l'ufficio postale). Provo a chiamare incessantemente ma non risponde nessuno. Provo a richiamare i recapiti pper capire qual è il problema e non risponde nessuno. Morale: il pacco è tornato al mittente ( il pacco era a Pomezia alle 8 e alle 22 era già in viaggio verso il mittente)per negligenza loro. Non ho parole siete inqualificabili . Se non avete voglia di lavorare lasciate il posto a chi ne ha voglia. Mi recherò per fare un reclamo formale ! I had to receive a package, I get a message that the package will be returned to the sender for an incomplete address (I state that the street is the same as where the post office is located). I try to call incessantly but no one answers. I try to call the contact details to understand what the problem is and no one answers. Moral: the package returned to the sender (the package was in Pomezia at 8 and at 22 it was already on its way to the sender) due to their negligence. I have no words you are unspeakable. If you don't want to work, give way to those who want to. I will go to make a formal complaint!

Non so se effettivamente fanno il loro lavoro, visto che tutte le volte che cerco di recuperare le mie credenziali, l'aiuto viene mandato ancora sul mio vecchio numero di telefono. Inoltre, quando cerco di contattarli al telefono, non mi rispondono. I have been showing up for the same problem for years, but it still hasn't been resolved. E cmq è assurdo che per ritirare una raccomandata (che non mi è stata consegnata anche se ero a casa) bisogna mostrare il green pass... È assurdo! Outrageous like any post office, many of the employees are arrogant! And anyway it is absurd that to collect a registered letter (which was not delivered to me even though I was at home) you have to show the green pass ... It's absurd!

Non è presente il servizio Priorità per disabili, sala di attesa con Pochissimi posti, code infinite. I go to the post office no more than once a year. This is new, but the problems are still the same. There is no Priority service for the disabled, a waiting room with very few seats, endless queues.

Servizio sempre impeccabile, personale allo sportello sempre disponibile e cortese. Ultimamente mi sono avvalso anche dei servizi finanziari ed ho trovato in Micaela Lecce una referente seria, preparata e molto professionale. Sono pienamente soddisfatto, spero di continuare sempre cosi'!!! For several years I have opened a current account in this branch, I have an ATM card, a Poste Pay and recently also a credit card. Always impeccable service, staff at the counter always available and courteous. Lately I have also made use of financial services and I have found in Micaela Lecce a serious, prepared and very professional contact person. I am fully satisfied, I hope to always continue like this !!!

Scortese e non preparato,per me non po' assolutamente occupare questo ruolo Non so se c'è o ci fa più volte mi ha chiesto dei documenti mi sono fatto in quattro per averli e giorno dopo quando li ho presentati mi ha detto che non servono , quindi dove sta la professionalità soprattutto per fare il direttore? Ripeto pessimo direttore che ho mai conosciuto ..a quella postache prima stava a via Spoleto.. fate ritornare a Procacci One star for employees but not even that one as far as the director is concerned ... Rude and unprepared, for me I absolutely can't fill this role I don't know if he is there or does it several times he asked me for documents having them and the next day when I presented them he told me that they are not needed, so where is the professionalism especially to be a director? Non sono presenti schermi elettronici per cui è impossibile prenotare online il ticket di ingresso. Fila antiquata e lunghissima con persona alla porta che da indicazioni su dove andare Post office just moved. New place but still bad organization. There are no electronic screens so it is impossible to book the entrance ticket online. An old-fashioned and very long line with a person at the door giving directions on where to go
