★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire. Incontestabile che nonostante il cambio di nome/gestione l'elevata qualità della focaccia sia rimasta la stessa.
Probabilmente, anzi, quasi certamente, il fornaio è il medesimo, dato che non credo vi siano molte persone, neppure a Genova, in grado di preparare una focaccia così squisita, e per giunta quasi sempre calda.
Quindi solo lodi sperticate, non c'è molto da aggiungere.
Da provare, per quanto mi riguarda, anche la versione dolce, molto soffice e gratificante, oltreché meno diffusa.
Disponibili anche pasticcini, cannoli e torte salate.
A Carignano, nella tranquilla Via Corsica, di fronte ai giardini pubblici dedicati a Nino Bixio.

What to say. It is undeniable that despite the change of name / management the high quality of the focaccia has remained the same.
Probably, indeed, almost certainly, the baker is the same, since I don't think there are many people, not even in Genoa, able to prepare such an exquisite focaccia, and to top it almost always hot.
So just high praise, there isn't much to add.
As for me, the sweet version is also worth trying, very soft and gratifying, as well as less common.
Pastries, cannoli and savory pies are also available.
In Carignano, in the quiet Via Corsica, in front of the public gardens dedicated to Nino Bixio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mattina ore 700, chiedo ciambella zuccherata, mi aspetto morbidezza e fragranza mattutina, la ciambella era fredda e della consistenza di un panino integrale per cui l’ho buttata. Con Fonnesu ho chiuso per mancanza di rispetto.
In the morning at 700, I ask for a sweetened donut, I expect morning softness and fragrance, the donut was cold and with the consistency of a wholemeal sandwich for which I threw it. With Fonnesu I closed for lack of respect.
