β β β β β Ottima focaccia. PerΓ² locale gestito male. Nonostante sia ampio entrano due persone e ne viene servita una alla volta. Un quarto d'ora di coda all'aperto, non ne vale la pena.
Excellent focaccia. But poorly managed local. Although it is large, two people enter and one is served at a time. A quarter of an hour of queuing outdoors is not worth it.

Sotto Maps si legge ancora "Γ¨ un panificio genovese nel vero senso della parola...tra tipologie del suo pane si possono trovare cereali biologici integrali, farine macinate a pietra, attento uso del lievito madre".
Tutto vero aggiungo io, con importante funzione sociale, vista la qualitΓ del prodotto e il prezzo contenuto: sono in difficoltΓ a trovare del pane che mi piaccia altrettanto.
Una perdita imperdonabile per il centro storico di Genova.
Le 5 stelle che meritavate sono diventate 1.
No, I don't agree with your decision not to bake your bread anymore.
Under Maps we still read "it is a Genoese bakery in the true sense of the word ... among the types of its bread you can find organic whole grains, stone-ground flours, careful use of mother yeast".
All true I add, with an important social function, given the quality of the product and the low price: I am having difficulty finding bread that I like as much.
An unforgivable loss for the historic center of Genoa.

β β β β β Focaccia is often eaten at breakfast with coffee (best straight from the oven, of course), but itβs also common as an afternoon snack or as a replacement for other bread at dinner. We were lucky to grab some of the last slices of the day from Antico Forno della Casana in the historic center, and it was amazing.
