β β β β β Focaccia is the flat bread recipe from Liguria, Italy. It is generally take as a breakfast by most italian folks and is a must to have experience for any tourist anytime. The normal focaccia is just a bread baked with extra virgin oil but there are a lot of varieties to choose from with different toppings just like a pizza. Focacceria di San Lorenzo is one of the oldest traditional places to experience real focaccia treat!!! In my one year stay in italy I have tasted different focaccia from several places across Genoa and other ligurian regions. I can vouch this place to be one of the best. Be patient to get to your turn as the places is always full of people. You do not need to book a place, you can just walk in and choose the type of focaccia you want to taste
