★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi pomeriggio, attirata dalla qualità delle calzature viste in vetrina, e dai forti sconti presenti, sono entrata in negozio, insieme ad un’amica, per vedere più articoli. Nel giro di pochi minuti dall’ingresso, ci è stato chiesto, diverse volte, se avessimo avuto bisogno di aiuto. Abbiamo risposto che inizialmente davamo un’occhiata. Ci è stato chiesto di non toccare le calzature, nonostante avessimo usato il gel igienizzante all’ingresso. Nel frattempo, sono arrivate altre clienti intenzionate ad entrare, e uno dei venditori ha detto loro che, momentaneamente, poteva entrare una sola persona, a meno che noi non avessimo deciso di provare qualcosa. Subito dopo ci è stato detto: “scusate, ma vi chiediamo una certa tempestività” Siamo uscite immediatamente.
Ritengo che se avessimo avuto modo di vedere gli articoli esposti, avremmo chiesto di provare e, quasi certamente, di acquistare, qualcosa. Innanzitutto, per quanto possa comprendere il disagio del negoziante per il limite di clienti autorizzati ad entrare, trovo il comportamento tenuto nei nostri confronti, estremamente sgradevole e controproducente. Non comprendo inoltre, in base a quale criterio, si sia scelto di privilegiare alcuni clienti rispetto ad altri.
This afternoon, attracted by the quality of the shoes seen in the window, and by the strong discounts present, I went into the shop, together with a friend, to see more items. Within minutes of entering, we were asked, several times, if we needed help. We replied that we initially took a look. We were asked not to touch the shoes, even though we had used the sanitizing gel at the entrance. Meanwhile, other customers who wanted to enter, and one of the vendors told them that, momentarily, only one person could enter, unless we decided to try something. Immediately after we were told: "sorry, but we ask you for a certain timeliness" We left immediately.
I believe that if we had had the opportunity to see the items on display, we would have asked to try and, almost certainly, to buy something. First of all, as much as I can understand the shopkeeper's discomfort for the limit of customers allowed to enter, I find the behavior towards us extremely unpleasant and counterproductive. I also do not understand, on the basis of what criterion, we have chosen to privilege some customers over others.

My favorite shop for shoes, bags and leather jackets. Only high quality products and the owner is a great professional. I haven't lived in Genoa for years but when I can, it's a must!
