★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata la scorsa settimana in negozio per acquistare un paio di stivaletti che avevo già adocchiato, quindi questione di pochi minuti. Impresa epica. Le commesse sono solo due, numero insufficiente per la quantità di gente da servire. La ragazza bionda più giovane bravissima, faceva su e giù per prendere i numeri e mettere a posto e cercava anche di servire e consigliare come poteva. Riesco rocambolescamente ad avere uno scarponcino del mio numero (perché esposto) e chiedo a una commessa più adulta se posso avere anche l'altra scarpa. Mi risponde di farmi servire dalla ragazza più giovane e si avvicina alle poltroncine per scherzare con due ragazzine e relative madri che stanno provando da ore delle Dr Martens (che costano il doppio dei miei stivaletti). Tutto questo mentre rimango con una scarpa si e una no in attesa. Purtroppo, oserei dire, le scarpe mi piacciono proprio e devo andare alla cassa. Risultato? L'unico modo è mettere via le scarpe da sola in scatola, mettermi in fila alla cassa. La commessa più grande arriva, con le scarpe della seconda ragazzina alla cassa, arrivata 10 minuti dopo di me. Devo farmi vedere e porgerle la mia scatola. Ho fatto tutto da me. Esperienza terribile, con mezz'ora di permanenza. Poche commesse, ma soprattutto maleducazione da parte di una.

Il presunto responsabile del negozio, messo a conoscenza della situazione, non ha battuto ciglio.
