★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to 20 Tre for lunch and had a great meal. The location ( at Porto Antico) is excellent if you are from out of town as it is within walking distance of many sites worth seeing. The service was very good, we had an excellent waiter (casual but very professional) and we found the menu had some interesting choices not common to some other restaurants we had visited. I had the Lagane pasta and my wife had the baked fish. We enjoyed the meal and as a bonus got some useful information for our own 'explorations' of the neighborhood from our waiter. If we were in Genoa longer we would definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we left the place with little to no enthusiasm to come back.
- the wine was served right out of the shelf that decorates the restaurant and thus for most people too warm
- the presentation of the food was creative an well done, but the combination of ingredients seemed to me a bit arbitrary (octopus with parsley pesto, chestnut and chips and another sauce) or simply dull (sliced beef on mashed potato, called millefeuille)
- the tuna fish was clearly oversalted (and coffee offered to appologize)
- unforgivable was the service: hard on the edge of being condescending and impudent, (especially the gentleman, but not the young lady)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretentious but bad food. Everything we ordered was subpar. Overbooked turbot, synthetic testing ox, duck spaghetti that tasted like generic can souse.

The food was outstanding and desserts really worth trying.
It's a gourmet restaurant but going over lunch you can enjoy their cuisine at a very reasonable price!
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pleasant Easter Sunday lunch. It was a set menu priced at $70 euro pp. Nice to try some dishes we wouldn't normally order. Some of the dishes were outstanding, such as the kingfish and risotto.
