La.commessa Γ¨ semplicemente solare, gentilissima e sorridente con tutti. Δ°l panificio non utilizza strutto. Ottimo anche i grissini e il pane , disponibile in diversi tipi e formati. Resta aperto fino a tardi; a me Γ¨ capitato di passarci pure verso le 20 e vederlo aperto.
The most good sacripantina of Genoa, with the light and digestible ricotta cream and the always fresh sponge cake soaked in alchermes, a delight not to be missed! La.commessa is simply sunny, very kind and smiling with everyone. The bakery does not use lard. Bread sticks and bread are also excellent, available in different types and sizes. It stays open late; I happened to pass it around 20 and see it open.
