★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location incantevole... sembra di entrare in un'oasi di benessere nel cuore di Firenze. La qualità dei servizi e dei prodotti è davvero alta, tutto è estremamente pulito e curato nei minimi particolari in più Jana la proprietaria e Lori sono davvero competenti e professionali. Un luogo dove potersi ritagliare un momento di vero relax, evadere dallo stress quotidiano e farsi coccolare un po' con trattamenti davvero rigeneranti per il corpo e per lo spirito. Consigliatissimo!
 Enchanting location ... it seems to enter an oasis of well-being in the heart of Florence. The quality of services and products is really high, everything is extremely clean and cared for down to the smallest detail, plus Jana the owner and Lori are really competent and professional. A place where you can carve out a moment of true relaxation, escape from everyday stress and be pampered a little with truly regenerating treatments for the body and spirit. Highly recommended!

Grande la professionalita' del team.
Un luogo che rappresenta un " mondo interiore", dove ogni trattamento mette in campo tecniche naturali, come miscele composte da sali dell'Himalaya, cannella, ginepro...e molto altro. Abilita'manuale, capacita' di capire in profondita' le reali esigenze del cliente, questo e molto altro in un ambiente curato, dove si respira un aria senza tempo. Concedersi un trattamento come quelli offerti da Beleza& Natureza e' un regalo al corpo e allo spirito.

A place that represents an "inner world", where each treatment uses natural techniques, such as mixtures composed of Himalayan salts, cinnamon, juniper ... and much more. Manual ability, ability to understand in depth the real needs of the customer, this and much more in a refined environment, where you can breathe a timeless air. Treating yourself to a treatment like those offered by Beleza & Natureza is a gift to the body and spirit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good services but overly agressive staff. The staff is extremely pushy and constantly trying to rip you off or force you to buy something and they will not take no for an answer. The services are actually good but the pushiness of the staff ruins what could’ve been a relaxing experience.

The location is very clean and well-maintained. High-quality products and thoughtful, expert recommendations. I've lived in Florence for about five years and have struggled to find a decent wellness option. I'm ecstatic to have finally found this one. I felt comfortable and in good hands immediately. I will (and have) recommend to all! Thank you again, looking forward to my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not like leaving bad reviews but feel I must do this to warn anyone who was considering having a manicure here. The Center is beautiful but the manicure was the worst I have ever received. They were completely unaware on how to do nails, filing in all types of directions and breaking my nails, then the paint was not properly done where it was transparent and uneven after two coats, the nails were all different lengths. I was very disappointed after seeing the final results but unfortunately had paid before I did the manicure with the intention to prevent ruining the manicure… big mistake…. The real shock came two hours later when I showered, after I left the shower I realised that on every single nail, the paint had smudged, so I had to remove the paint.. biggest waste of €35 I have ever spent. I will never be returning as my nails have been a mess since, so weak and brittle after the way they handled them. I am sorry to post this review as the people were ok, still should improve customer service as they were very forceful in selling their services, to the extent where they insulted my skin to try to persuade me to do more treatments.
I highly recommend avoiding this place if you want to maintain your nails…

By the time she was though, I was at the height of relaxed.
