Ero tesa perché sono una persona molto esigente ma Beatrice ha risolto tutti i miei problemi, mi sono sentita subito a mio agio e accolta, ho trovato quello di cui avevo bisogno. Tornerò ancora grazie.
I was very surprised, they are very well stocked and all of the highest quality, latest patents, they explained to me in detail and made me try with the right attention. I was tense because I am a very demanding person but Beatrice solved all my problems, I immediately felt at ease and welcomed, I found what I needed. I'll be back again thanks.
