Il personale è molto pronto e cordiale. Lo consiglieró volentieri ai miei conoscenti. Excellent value for money. I furnished the whole house with quality furniture and great style at a very competitive price. The staff are very prompt and friendly. I will gladly recommend it to my acquaintances.

Siamo stati aiutati da un ragazzo molto giovane, quanto professionale, nella scelta per l'arredamento di tutto il salone compreso di cucina a vista. Qualche giorno fa sono arrivati tutti i mobili e sono stupendi, hanno più che rispettato le nostre aspettative!! Grazie di tutto! Very competent and helpful staff. We were helped by a very young and professional guy in the choice of furnishing the entire living room including the open kitchen. A few days ago all the furniture arrived and they are gorgeous, they more than met our expectations !! Thanks for everything!

P	Patrizia Angeletti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attirata dalle lampade in vetrina mi sono affacciata in questo store che occupa un bello spazio sulla via dedicata al commercio di mobilio e proprio per questo ho cercato di trovare soluzioni progettuali alle mie esigenze con l'intento di concludere se la proposta fosse stata soddisfacente. Da subito vengo accolta frettolosamente dagli addetti che mi mostrano il negozio in modo più che rapido per poi ritrovarsi seduti a tentare di disegnare al pc qualche soluzione. Le note dolenti sono che ho dovuto ripetere più di una volta le dimensioni delle pareti, avrei voluto capire un poco di più le caratteristiche, il marchio trattato è stato spacciato come propria produzione e dulcis in fundo sono cambiati gli umori quando sconcertata ho comunicato la necessità di avere un po' di tempo per rifletterci. Non proprio carino il gruppo di colleghi che assistevano a debita distanza bisbigliando, per quanto possa essere normale arredare casa sarebbe preferibile un poco di privacy Attracted by the lamps in the window, I looked out in this store which occupies a nice space on the street dedicated to the furniture trade and for this reason I tried to find design solutions to my needs with the aim of concluding if the proposal had been satisfactory. Immediately I am greeted hastily by the employees who show me the shop in a more than rapid way and then find myself sitting down to try to design some solutions on the PC. The sore points are that I had to repeat the dimensions of the walls more than once, I would have liked to understand the characteristics a little more, the brand treated was passed off as its own production and last but not least the moods changed when, bewildered, I communicated the need to have some time to think about it. Not exactly nice the group of colleagues who assisted at a safe distance whispering, although it may be normal to furnish the house, a little privacy would be preferable
R	Raffaele Buscemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio grazie al quale ho arredato il soggiorno. Hanno una vasta scelta di mobili moderni e dal design più classico. Il personale è molto cortese. Un paio di volte sono addirittura venuti a fare il sopralluogo a casa mia per sincerarsi di poter montare il mobile della TV. Un’altra volta hanno accelerato i tempi di consegna di un divano letto perché ne avevo urgenza. I montatori sono veloci e molto puliti. I prezzi sono mediamente alti ma fanno spesso sconti (io ho preso tutto a metà prezzo e ci ho comunque lasciato un bel po’ di migliaia di euro). Continuerò senza dubbio a comprare da loro, mi ci trovo veramente benissimo! Shop thanks to which I furnished the living room. They have a wide selection of modern furniture and a more classic design. The staff is very courteous. A couple of times they even came to do the inspection at my house to make sure I could mount the TV cabinet. Another time they accelerated the delivery of a sofa bed because I was in urgent need of it. The editors are fast and very clean. Prices are on average high but they often offer discounts (I took everything for half the price and left a lot of thousands of euros anyway). I will no doubt continue to buy from them, I really enjoy it!

Una volta pagato e merce consegnata per loro non esistete più e se, come nel mio caso, chiedete un intervento IN GARANZIA per rettificare difetti, vi dimostrano tutta il loro menefreghismo e la totale assenza di QUALUNQUE TIPO DI ASSISTENZA CLIENTI. Tralasciando che per chiedere un intervento siete voi che dovete allegare la copia del contratto ad una mail, già che loro sono nel 1800 e non hanno un computer dove registrano i clienti, i contratti e quindi le vendite fatte. MAI PIÙ. Do not buy from this Confalone or from any other Confalone. SHAME customer support. A mixture of cialtroneria and indifference that is frightening. Once paid and the goods delivered for them you no longer exist and if, as in my case, you ask for an intervention UNDER WARRANTY to rectify defects, they show you all their indifference and the total absence of ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE. Aside from the fact that to ask for an intervention it is you who must attach the copy of the contract to an email, since they are in 1800 and do not have a computer where they register customers, contracts and therefore the sales made. NEVER AGAIN.

R	ROBINSON & HILTON ATTORNEYS AT LAW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. My husband visited on August 11th and encountered a very good rude employee. My husband was aggressively told to leave after attempting to show me the options on FaceTime and after explaining to the employee what he was doing. The rudeness, the insults, and now they’ve lost a customer. We bought our last two couches at Confalone, but we won’t give our money to them again after this last incident. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER'S LIES: My husband was NOT taking a video- he was calling me on FaceTime because I was not able to view the couches in person. The saleswoman did not answer any of my husband's questions, so that is a lie, she was completely rude. You did tell him to leave. Calling customers liars after you've treated them terribly is not a good way to get customers (us or anyone else)!
