Di solito quando ci si approccia un negozio come questo si va per trovare prodotti di qualità e scelta di marche al top. Io ho trovato molto di più. Qualità, prezzi competitivi ma soprattutto disponibilità. Il mio cambio di casa non è stato dei più semplici ed ha richiesto molto più tempo del previsto. Hanno capito le mie difficoltà e mi hanno supportato al 110%, mantenendo mobili nuovi e vecchi per più di un anno nel loro deposito. Credo che se sei un’azienda seria sia giusto ricevere 5 stelle. Se potessi oggi ne metterei 6, perché 197 Piermarini ha fatto più del dovuto. Sempre disponibili e professionali. In aggiunta, e ciò non guasta, oltre al montaggio standard hanno professionisti, forse meglio “artigiani”, che riescono ad accomodare tutti i possibili problemi possano presentarsi in fase di montaggio. Usually when you approach a store like this you go to find quality products and top brands. I have found much more. Quality, competitive prices but above all availability. My change of home was not the easiest and took much longer than expected. They understood my difficulties and supported me 110%, keeping new and old furniture in their warehouse for more than a year. I believe that if you are a serious company it is right to receive 5 stars. If I could I would put 6 today, because 197 Piermarini did more than he should. Always available and professional. In addition, and this does not hurt, in addition to the standard assembly they have professionals, perhaps better "craftsmen", who manage to accommodate all possible problems that may arise during assembly. L'armadio arrivò con un mese di ritardo, mese in cui avevo i vestiti nelle scatole e su una ridicola stampella tipo quella da negozi, che mi fornirono per cercare di riparare al danno. La cucina arrivò con 2 mesi di ritardo e io e mio marito fummo costretti a tenere pentole e stoviglie in scatole e per terra e loro ci fornirono una cucina di emergenza scomodissima e usatissima. Il frigo non era quello giusto del vano cucina. Ma non basta. Quando finalmente la cucina arrivò, non erano corrette le misure (prese da loro) e una parte del top è stata montata dopo altri 2 mesi, per cui prendevo le pentole direttamente da sopra, senza dovermi abbassare. Pessima esperienza, non vi dico con che toni rispondevano al telefono quando noi, giustamente chiedevamo di poter risolvere i problemi che loro avevano creato. Sconsiglio vivamente In 2011 we bought a Del Tongo wardrobe and kitchen. I bought it for a great price, it was on sale and also received a voucher so the sale was even bigger. Great deal! The design is impeccable, all cuts are perfect. Love it! See you soon!
