Purtroppo i prezzi sono cresciuti negli anni allineandosi alla media di quelli delle assistenze ufficiali. Però ti danno la garanzia di un'assistenza di qualità e ti fanno dormire sonni tranquilli. Workshop led by Fausto, a man of other times for fairness and competence: the assistance is excellent and trust is full. Unfortunately, prices have grown over the years, aligning themselves with the average of those of official assistance. Il difetto è stato da loro individuato e riparato e mi è stata data un'auto di cortesia per tutto il tempo necessario. La ragione per cui non metto tutte le stelle è che la riparazione ha richiesto ben tre settimane, nelle quali ho dovuto sempre attivarmi io per avere aggiornamenti. Infine, dopo due settimane hanno chiesto a me di allertare direttamente il servizio clienti Renault per l'intervento finale (strana procedura). Ora non mi resta che sperare che la riparazione abbia eliminato il problema in via definitiva ? Unfortunately the new car (Twingo) I bought came with a manufacturing defect, an annoying continuous noise coming from the pump that brings the coolant to the engine. The defect was identified and repaired by them and I was given a courtesy car for as long as necessary. The reason I don't put all the stars is that the repair took three weeks, in which I always had to activate myself to get updates. Finally, after two weeks they asked me to directly alert Renault customer service for the final intervention (strange procedure). Now I just have to hope that the repair has eliminated the problem permanently ?

Unico aspetto un po' negativo è la difficoltà di manovra all'accesso e all'uscita, con rampe piuttosto ripide e angolate, e mancanza di spazio di attesa all'esterno. Excellent service, competence and availability in the workshop. The only slightly negative aspect is the difficulty of maneuvering at access and exit, with rather steep and angled ramps, and lack of waiting space outside.
