Rincuorati dalle recenzioni positive ci siamo affidati a questo negozio per acquistare la cucina della nostra nuova casa....Ci rechiamo in negozio e il 28/06/2020 diamo la caparra per fermare la nostra cucina... Tutto qsto lo facciamo interfacciandoci con una signora molto gentile e disponibile....peccato che il 25 agosto mio marito su richiesta dell'architetto va in negozio per chiedere delle conferme su alcune misure ....Bhe...la sorpresa è che la signora con cui abbiamo firmato il contratto si era licenziata e che del nostro ordine non ne sapeva niente nessuno!!! Panico!!! La premessa con la signora con cui abbiamo firmato il contratto era la garanzia assoluta che la nostra cucina dovesse avere dei precisi tempi di consegna avendo noi 2 bimbi piccoli e non avendo possibilità di appoggi momentanei.....da qui in poi il peggio del peggio....nessuno ha preso in carico la nostra pratica ...più cerchiamo di avere notizie sulla consegna più l'ostruzionismo e i muri di gomma aumentano! Abbiamo preteso di parlare con la responsabile del punto vendita....anche questa signora sembra essere stata fagocitata dagli alieni!!! Insomma a tutt'oggi noi non abbiamo notizia della nostra cucina....che pensate è stata fermata il 28/06/2020....ovviamente mi assumo tutte le responsabilità di quello che scrivo perché fortemente comprovate! Bad experience !!!! My husband and I are still living a nightmare !!! Encouraged by the positive reviews we have relied on this shop to buy the kitchen of our new home .... We go to the shop and on 06/28/2020 we give the deposit to stop our kitchen ... We do all this by interfacing with a very kind and helpful lady .... pity that on August 25 my husband at the request of the architect goes to the shop to ask for confirmation on some measures .... Well ... the surprise is that the lady with whom we signed the contract had resigned and nobody knew anything about our order !!! Panic!!! The premise with the lady with whom we signed the contract was the absolute guarantee that our kitchen should have precise delivery times since we have 2 small children and not having the possibility of temporary support ..... from here on the worst of the worse .... no one has taken charge of our practice ... the more we try to get news about the delivery the more the obstruction and the rubber walls increase! We pretended to speak to the manager of the store .... this lady also seems to have been swallowed up by aliens !!! In short, to this day we have no news of our kitchen .... which you think was stopped on 06/28/2020 .... obviously I take all the responsibility for what I write because they are strongly proven!

Siamo stati seguiti e ottimamente consigliati lungo tutto il processo, dalla prima progettazione, alla scelta dei materiali e degli elettrodomestici, fino al montaggio - perfetto - eseguito da una squadra di rara competenza. Il risultato ottenuto è sicuramente da 5 stelle, complimenti! We recently bought a kitchen at the center of Lube Via Prati Tax. The service we received fully satisfied us. We were looked after very well and recommended throughout the process, from the first design, the choice of materials and appliances to final installation - perfect - performed by a team of very qualified. The result is certainly 5 stars, congratulations!
M	Massimo Marcellini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato da poco una cucina presso questo Store e non posso far altro che parlarne bene, soprattutto di Fiammetta, progettista e addetta alle vendite, che mi ha seguito e "coccolato" sin dall'inizio, curando con attenzione ogni dettaglio sino alla consegna. Entrato nello store mi ha accolto con un mega sorriso e mi ha fatto sentire a "casa", dimostrando competenza e professionalità. Devo dire che sono veramente soddisfatto del risultato ottenuto, cucina spettacolare. Grazie LUBE e grazie soprattutto a Fiammetta. GRAZIE PER L'OMAGGIO DELLA TV FORSE DA 250 EURO, EQUIVALENTE AL 2% DEL VALORE DI TUTTI I DISAGI CREATI. UNA CUCINA DA CIRCA 16.000 EURO PER AVERE (PER MODO DI DI DIRE) UN SERVIZIO CHE NEANCHE IL PIU' SCADENTE DEI FORNITORI SAREBBE IN GRADO DI FORNIRE. NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE SO NEGATIVE, ORDER NEVER DEPARTED, DELIVERY AFTER 3 MONTHS WITH RESPECT TO THE AGREED DATE, DEFECTIVE CERAMIC GLASS TOP, CHANGED AFTER ANOTHER 2 MONTHS, NON-EXISTING SERVICE. THANKS FOR THE GIFT OF THE TV MAYBE FROM 250 EUROS, EQUIVALENT TO 2% OF THE VALUE OF ALL THE DISCOMFORT CREATED. A KITCHEN AT AROUND 16,000 EUROS TO HAVE (SO TO speak) A SERVICE THAT EVEN THE MOST POOR SUPPLIERS WOULD BE ABLE TO PROVIDE.

Marco G. ha progettato la nostra cucina, con professionalità, pazienza, capacità di ascolto e cortesia. Ha trovato soluzioni che nessun altro aveva trovato e ha fatto lui la differenza nella scelta definitiva tra i vari preventivi. Anche Fernando e i suoi ragazzi al montaggio sono stati eccezionali. Cortesi, meticolosi e molto professionali. Ci hanno anche aiutato a risolvere qualche problema che di certo non era di loro competenza. Che dire...lo staff e il prodotto...una sicurezza! We are really satisfied. Creo kitchen of high quality, excellent materials. Marco G. designed our kitchen with professionalism, patience, listening skills and courtesy. He found solutions that no one else had found and he made the difference in the final choice between the various quotes. Fernando and his boys at the editing were also exceptional. Courteous, meticulous and very professional. They also helped us solve some problems that were certainly not their responsibility. What about ... the staff and the product ... a safety!

Progetto la mia cucina con Simona, una bravissima ragazza che lavorava lì nel negozio di prati fiscali. Causa lockdown tutto viene bloccato ma ad agosto 2020 ce la vengono a montare. Un pezzo è sbagliato, il colore non è quello che abbiamo scelto e manca il portaposate. Dicono sia stato un errore di fabbrica e che il portaposate me lo avrebbero portato col montaggio del pezzo nuovo. Nel frattempo chiamo Simona ma non risponde mai alle telefonate, allora chiamo il negozio e mi dicono che la signora non lavora più lì. Allora parlo con Fabrizio, poi con Alessio. A fine settembre mi contattano per fissare un nuovo appuntamento, si presentano a metà ottobre mi montano il pezzo sbagliato. A tutt'oggi non ho ancora notizie del portaposate. Ogni 2 settimane li chiamo ma mi dicono che la persona che sto cercando è assente in quel momento che mi faranno richiamare ma non avviene mai. Il 15 gennaio mi dicono che il portaposate è in magazzino lo devono solo far arrivare. Venerdi chiamo ma Alessio non c'è mi avrebbe richiamato perché il magazzino ha mandato un portaposate ma non è il mio. Ovviamente non ho sentito nessuno. Ho pagato la cucina 7mila euro. Chissà se per agosto 2021 dopo 1 anno dal montaggio della mia cucina avrò anche il portaposate. Veramente un servizio pessimo My experience starts in February 2020 and still doesn't have an end. I design my kitchen with Simona, a very good girl who worked there in the tax lawn shop. Due to lockdown everything is blocked but in August 2020 they come to mount it. One piece is wrong, the color is not what we have chosen and the cutlery tray is missing. They say it was a factory error and that the cutlery tray would have been brought to me with the assembly of the new piece. In the meantime I call Simona but she never answers phone calls, so I call the shop and they tell me that the lady no longer works there. So I talk to Fabrizio, then to Alessio. At the end of September they contact me to fix a new appointment, they show up in mid-October and they mount the wrong piece for me. To this day I still have no news of the cutlery tray. Every 2 weeks I call them but they tell me that the person I am looking for is absent at that moment that they will call me back but it never happens. On January 15th they tell me that the cutlery tray is in stock they just have to let it arrive. Friday I call but Alessio is not there he would have called me back because the warehouse has sent a cutlery tray but it is not mine. Obviously I haven't heard from anyone. I paid 7 thousand euros for the kitchen. Who knows if for August 2021 after 1 year from the assembly of my kitchen I will also have the cutlery tray. Really bad service

Ottima esperienza e splendida la cucina Yesterday they came to assemble my kitchen .. they were quick and precise. By lunchtime they had already finished everything.
