L'autosalone (o garage) nonostante si sviluppa in un sotterraneo è curato dal punto di vista stilistico, punto a favore. L'auto che ho visionato però non è stata di mio gradimento, forse perché nell'annuncio sarebbe stato meglio mettere foto più accurate soffermandosi sui difetti di carrozzeria come fanno i big delle vendite di auto on line, in questo modo si evita di fare venire le persone inutilmente. Parere personale, spero che può essere di aiuto al venditore. Metto 4 stelle per non incidere in negativo visto che non ho comprato l'auto e non so come sarebbe andata ? Vengo accolto da una signora bionda, che si è subito dimostrata disponibile nel descrivermi l'auto, e sottolinearmi i ripristini con i quali sarebbe stata consegnata ( gomme e pompa dell'acqua nuove, restauro capote e tagliando generale inclusi nel prezzo di vendita). Al momento di finalizzare la trattativa, vengo accompagnato da un collega,il quale si dimostra subito spocchioso ed arrogante ,ritrattando tutte le condizioni di vendita precedentemente elencate dalla collega e rivolgendosi alla stessa in modo sgarbato. In conclusione: se avete tempo da perdere rivolgetevi a loro senza indugi! Garage Val D'Ala in se è garbato e professionale ma per i miracoli deve attrezzarsi. Pamela è in gamba, sa ad arte prendere i suoi tempi. La qualità è, come dappertutto, proporzionionata alla spesa ma tendenzialmente a favore del cliente. Rifarò l'esperienza se mi capita ma con qualche precisazione in più che non guasta mai.? I must honestly say that mine was a foreign purchase which is why it must be seen in its context of times and of third parties, such as carriers and agencies. Garage Val D'Ala itself is polite and professional but for miracles it must equip itself. Pamela is smart, she knows how to take her time. Quality is, as everywhere, proportionate to the expense but tends to favor the customer. I'll do the experience again if it happens to me but with a few more clarifications that never hurts

Non l’avevo mai fatto prima perché la macchina stava ancora all’estero ma dopo aver parlato con il proprietario della concessionaria e soprattutto dopo aver visto con i mie occhi la struttura che hanno, mi sono convinto immediatamente. Non avevo mai visto una concessionaria plurimarche avere a disposizione Porsche, Bentley, Aston Martin, Lotus e tante altre auto. Mi hanno aggiornato passo dopo passo da quando e’ partito il container a quando e’ stata sdoganata l’auto ed infine non appena arrivata a Roma presso il loro garage, mi hanno invitato e vederla e provarla. Sono estremamente soddisfatto del loro servizio e soprattutto dell’auto che ho acquistato. Consiglio vivamente VALDALA GARAGE! n	nino benintende on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visitato autosalone per acquistare auto storica, ma non ci siamo messi d'accordo, ma devo dire che vi è grande professionalità e competenza sia del proprietario e dei suoi collaboratori. Tornerò a sicuramente per acquistare qualche auto importante. Annunci scritti maniera superficiale, molte macchine di cui scrivono service ufficiali non è vero, per la maggior parte si tratta di auto senza documentazione tagliandi certificata. Si reputano Porsche Specialist e si equiparano a un centro Porsche ufficiale ma nient’altro è che un qualsiasi rivenditore di auto truffaldino. Aggiungo: visto che il proprietario risponde che dichiaro il falso e mi segnala alla autorità competenti, aggiungo foto della visita al Concessioanrio svoltasi l’8 febbraio. E ripeto: descrizioni delle auto completamente differenti dalla realtà, dichiarano service ufficiali e invece sono tagliandi non documentati fatti da loro, dichiarano che le macchina hanno garanzia e invece sono conto vendita di privati a cui volendo loro mettono una garanzia a pagamento a prezzi salatissimi. Impediscono di far controllare le auto e la loro documentazione e alla tua richiesta di chiarimento rispondono: non abbiamo tempo da perdere. Aggiungo foto dell’8 febbraio Bad service, arrogant and snooty owner.
