A	Ale Gaia De on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata due volte in questo centro la seconda quando volevo acquistare il materasso il venditore era palesemente scocciato alle mie richieste di provare i materassi che me ne sono andata. Il giorno dopo sono andata da Ferendeles a Ponte milvio dove ho trovato professionalità e materassi Tempur in prova! Sconsiglio questo negozio e il venditore con gli occhiali piccolino calvo. Che tutto sa fare tranne che vendere! I was twice in this center the second time when I wanted to buy the mattress the seller was clearly annoyed at my requests to try the mattresses that I left. Materasso matrimoniale pagato quasi 3000 euro, dopo qualche anno presenta degli avvallamenti, non ha più una superficie regolare. Con grandi difficoltà riesco a far venire per un sopralluogo un addetto tempur, che, dopo aver effettuato un'analisi approfondita, mi spiega che trattasi di aree che si sono 'ammorbidite' e che quindi sarà difficile che rientri nella garanzia. Dopo mesi scrive una mail che conferma che la tempur non ritiene il prodotto coperto da garanzia per questo tipo di difetti che in realtà lo rendono peggiore di materassi che costano una minima parte. Assistenza di gran lunga peggiore della tanto vituperata permaflex. Se fosse possibile metterei zero stelle. Bad value for money And bad assistance. Poi sono stata accompagnata da uno staff preparato, pronto a rispondere ad ogni mia domanda è curiosità. Ho acquistato un original 27... che dire...rientrerei altre mille volte! Trasporto disatteso, decido quindi di rinunciare e ad oggi dopo 1 mese e mezzo e svariati solleciti non hanno restituito i soldi. Una volta incassati i 1.400€ del mio ordine, lo store di Roma ha cominciato a tergiversare dicendo che avrebbero risposto da Milano....cosa mai accaduta..... Dovrò verosimilmente mettere tutto nelle mani di un avvocato. Esperienza da dimenticare Bad after-sales assistance. Transport disregarded, so I decide to give up and today after 1 month and a half and several reminders have not returned the money. Ordinato subito dopo la quarantena ed arrivato super puntuale! Hanno davvero superato le mie aspettative...il materasso poi...eccezionale! Finalmente riesco a dormire di filato tutta la notte! Always attentive and courteous! I didn't really think about buying but they managed to meet all my needs! Ordered immediately after quarantine and arrived super punctual! They really exceeded my expectations ... the mattress then ... exceptional! I can finally sleep all night!
