Mando mail , mi rispondono che sarebbe dovuto arrivare 15gg dopo Rifaccio mail dopo circa 20gg e mi dicono che era arrivato e che mi avrebbero contattato(a breve) una volta organizzato il giro. Mi hanno contattato 20gg

I ordered two wall units. In the act of bargaining, Mr. Alessandro told us 15/20 days then 2mesi went by. After about 40 days Calling for information they "downloaded" me and told me that I had to send an email to the logistics office because they didn't know anything about it
I send e-mails, they reply that it should have arrived 15 days after I redo the mail after about 20 days and they tell me that it had arrived and that they would contact me (shortly) once the tour was organized. They contacted me 20 days

Sto provando a contattarli, sia per mail che per telefono, senza risposta. Direi che è passato ormai un anno, vorrei avere una risposta se è possibile e ricevere i pezzi giusti per poter finalmente avere la cucina completa. Mi dispiace molto fare questa recensione perché mi ero trovata bene con voi in negozio, al momento dell'ordine.

La camera da letto l’abbiamo completamente rivoluzionata in meglio dopo il primo progetto. Cucina non solo bella, ma funzionale e super sicura per il piccolo di 6 anni. Consegna precisa. I loro mobili hanno come ingrandito il nostro appartamento! Adesso è veramente “casa nostra”. Grazieeeeee ?

Decido di scrivere questa recensione perché forse è l'unico modo per farsi ascoltare.
Abbiamo arredato il salotto di casa nostra nel 2019, ci siamo trovati benissimo per la competenza e la professionalità.
Così, felici dell'esperienza, decidiamo di arredare anche la cucina con Il mondo del Mobile.
Ordine effettuato a inizio dicembre 2020. Consegna effettuata a fine aprile 2021 (5 mesi di attesa) - e va bene, c'è la pandemia, capiamo tutto.
Il punto è che sono arrivati dei pezzi difformi a come li avevamo ordinati e pagati, alcuni pensili graffiati e smussati, il vetro del pannello retroilluminato graffiato, mancava addirittura la cappa. Si giustificano dicendo che a causa della pandemia, l'ordine è stato fermo in deposito per tanto tempo prima della consegna in attesa che arrivassero tutti i pezzi. Ok, chiediamo le sostituzioni. Dopo 8 mesi, numerosi solleciti (sia scritti che verbali) siamo ancora in attesa di riscontro.
Stiamo valutando azione legale.

I decide to write this review because perhaps it is the only way to be heard.
We furnished the living room of our house in 2019, we had a great time for the competence and professionalism.
So, happy with the experience, we decide to furnish the kitchen with Il mondo del Mobile.
Order placed at the beginning of December 2020. Delivery carried out at the end of April 2021 (5 months of waiting) - and that's okay, there is a pandemic, we understand everything.
The point is that some pieces arrived that differed from how we had ordered and paid for them, some scratched and beveled wall units, the glass of the backlit panel scratched, even the hood was missing. They justify saying that due to the pandemic, the order was held in storage for a long time before delivery waiting for all the pieces to arrive. Ok, we ask for replacements. After 8 months, numerous reminders (both written and verbal) are still waiting for a reply.
We are considering legal action.
