Il personale è gentile e molto attento alle esigenze del cliente . Stefano è la persona che mi ha dato assistenza. Persona preparata e cortese. Ho scelto, tra vari modelli ed infiniti rivestimenti e colori, un bel divano che mi è stato consegnato entro i tempi previsti tramite appuntamento telefonico puntualmente rispettato. Il divano è di buona qualità ed esteticamente mi soddisfa pienamente. Esperienza molto positiva. Consiglierei senza dubbio questo punto vendita per l'acquisto del divano !! After visiting various showrooms of various brands, I arrived at Dondi salotti on Tiburtina. The staff is polite and very attentive to customer needs. Stefano is the person who gave me assistance. Prepared and courteous person. I chose, among various models and infinite coverings and colors, a beautiful sofa that was delivered to me on time by telephone appointment punctually respected. The sofa is of good quality and aesthetically satisfies me fully. Very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this store for the purchase of the sofa !!

La qualità dei divani non si discute,certamente al di sopra della media o di altre marche molto pubblicizzate. L'esposizione dei divani è abbastanza completa con una buona gamma di articoli. I tempi di consegna sono di due mesi all'incirca. Consiglio questo punto vendita e l'acquisto nel periodo dei saldi estivi. Excellent point of sale with very competent and helpful staff. The quality of the sofas is unquestionable, certainly above average or other highly advertised brands. The sofa display is quite complete with a good range of items. Delivery times are approximately two months. I recommend this point of sale and the purchase during the summer sales period.

Divano bellissimo, ma se valutato il servizio post vendita, direi sotto tutte le aspettative. Non tenere aggiornato il cliente e non avere NESSUN modo per contattare l'effettivo produttore per sapere la data di consegna, programmata (che è stata rimandata con una mail, alla quale ho chiesto tempistiche più specifiche e meno vaghe - non ho ricevuto risposta da DONDI SALOTTI, e il negozio nello specifico, che non ha colpe essendo un Retail, non ha saputo darmi altre informazioni) comunque consegnata puntuale, però con preavviso di solo 1 giorno e mezzo, pura fortuna che quel giorno non lavoravo, altrimenti non avrei accettato la consegna in quel specifico giorno. If I have to evaluate the sales service - excellent. Everything explained, reassured and made to try and touch. Beautiful sofa, but if evaluated the after sales service, I would say below all expectations. Do not keep the customer updated and have NO way to contact the actual manufacturer to find out the scheduled delivery date (which was sent back with an email, to which I asked for more specific and less vague timing - I did not receive an answer from DONDI SALOTTI, and the shop specifically, which has no faults being a Retail, has not been able to give me other information) however delivered on time, but with only 1 and a half days notice, pure luck that I did not work that day, otherwise I would not have accepted the delivery on that specific day.

Per venderti un divano non facendoti capire nulla, mia moglie era convinta a prendere un divano ma siamo scappati siamo usciti da li con un mal Di testa atroce... Spero ci sia un altro punto vendita per vedere altri divani... I would leave with those who work inside who look like vultures, as soon as you enter immediately to ask yourself a thousand things, I wanted to look at the sofas and as soon as you stop to try some sofas immediately to pester you ... To sell you a sofa without making you understand anything, my wife was convinced to get a sofa but we ran away we left there with a terrible headache ... Excellent sofa and armchair shop, the product is certainly of good quality, delivery times a bit long. Very kind staff to highly recommend.

Una signorina molto educata e paziente ha accolto me e mio marito in maniera fantastica, senza applicare quelle pressanti tecniche di vendite. morale: comprerò a breve un loro divano perché ci è stata mostrata la qualità e le possibili personalizzazioni. Entered out of curiosity, just to see some sofas. A very polite and patient young lady welcomed my husband and I in a fantastic way, without applying those pressing sales techniques. moral: I will buy one of their sofas shortly because we have been shown the quality and possible customizations.
V	Vinod Sinandi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two floor store and number of sofas are available in leather, fabric and micro fiber. Quality looks good and some of the items are reasonable priced, I think so. Though they say that they do not sell faux leather items, but I could see faux leather sofa which cost less than Euro 1000. Same pattern of pricing in this furniture store too as in Rome, tag price is high and then reduce to 30 to 50 percent to sell their items. One can be lucky to have real good deal if find 'showroom display item on sale', which the salesperson call 'EXPO'. Expo items are really cheap.
