I bought an expensive product but I have not received qualified advice, considering that regarding my needs I have found other shops with more trained staff and I will have to buy the mattress again.

We bought a FANTASTIC tempur mattress, the top of the range, and we are very satisfied, I only give 4 stars because there was a bit of delay in delivery ... but I recommend this shop because you will find kindness, courtesy and a lot of choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un tipico negozio italiano dove esiste il materasso comfort e dove c'è ancora il il made in Italy artigianale, infatti ho acquistato un matrimoniale completamente creato da loro, e con prezzi eccellenti per la qualità costruttiva.Tra l'altro la consegna a casa è gratuita, le spiegazioni del prodotto sono state dettagliate , il proprietario molto cordiale... È un piacere acquistare dov'è ancora si vende prodotti di creazione artigiana

Tutte le volte sono stata accolta con cortesia e competenza. Hanno risposto in modo chiaro ed esaustivo a ogni mia domanda o dubbio.
Quando mi hanno consegnato i nuovi materassi, mi sono dimenticata di chiedere il ritiro dei vecchi. Il corriere era già andato via, ma telefonando subito al negozio, il responsabile ha fatto sì che il corriere tornasse per il ritiro.
Questo dimostra la loro serietà e la loro grande disponibilità. Grazie.
E' senz'altro un negozio da consigliare caldamente.

I went to the store several times before finalizing the purchase of two single mattresses.
Each time I was greeted with courtesy and competence. They answered all my questions or doubts in a clear and exhaustive way.
When they handed me the new mattresses, I forgot to ask for the old ones to be collected. The courier had already left, but by phoning the shop immediately, the manager arranged for the courier to return for collection.
This shows their seriousness and their great availability. Thank you.
It is definitely a shop to be highly recommended.
