Chefin sehr Arrogant.
Apotheke läuft halt immer .Da kann man es sich leisten Kunden draußen stehen zu lassen und Café Trinken gehen .

chiedono la stampa delle Ricette contrariamente alle disposizioni ricevute da Governo e Medico di Famiglia.
Quando ho detto che non ho possibilità di stamparle, la lavorante con un gesto mi indicava il negozio vicino (poco prima ci fumava una bella sigaretta) che ovviamente presta quel tipo di servizio.
Non vorrei essere maligno, ma se lo fa con 300 persone al giorno, avrà senz'altro il suo tornaconto.
Sono andato alla Farmacia più avanti e nessun problema, anzi si scusava per gli atteggiamenti ricevuti prima dalla Collega.
Con questo io non andrò mai più in quella Farmacia, ma soprattutto l'accaduto è stato debitamente segnalato ai Carabinieri, al fine di evitare che altre centinaia di utenti vadano a stampare la ricetta dal loro "vicino" di negozio.

Purtroppo la mano dell'operatrice nel fare il tampone è frettolosa, sempre, anche se si chiede gentilmente di fare più delicatamente.
A parte il blocchetto da 10 tamponi a €100 (che non è più possibile acquistare) appena sarà terminato non avrò dubbi a tamponarmi altrove, non posso stare col naso mezzo dolorante per risparmiare un minimo .

Hanno dato appuntamento a 10 persone alla stessa ora con una sola persona che somministra il vaccino con una attesa prevista di circa un'ora. Questo denota assoluta assenza di rispetto verso le persone alle quali impongono, volutamente, lunghe attese all'esterno della farmacia. Inoltre la persona che raccoglieva i moduli è stata assolutamente scortese. Alla mia osservazione che tale metodo di prenotazione ci costringeva a un'ora di attesa mi ha detto: "ma che a lei le dico come fare il suo lavoro??". Ma che c'entra?? Potevano dare appuntamenti a 10 minuti di distanza l'uno dall'altro e non farci fare attesa. Prima e ultima volta che avrò a che fare con questa farmacia e spero che chi leggerà questa recensione, potendo scegliere, vada altrove.
