Cordialità, disponibilità e accoglienza si coniugano perfettamente con la professionalità dei vari istruttori. In particolare seguo con grande interesse la coinvolgente insegnante di Zoomba nonché istruttrice di Pound e Piloxing V.R. Gli ambienti sono puliti e ampi e in questo periodo Covid costantemente igienizzante. Per questo mi sono sentita in sicurezza subito dopo la riapertura in seguito al lockdown. Forza ragazzi, speriamo di rivederci presto! Monica Amelio I have been attending this gym since last year and I honestly find it the best in the neighborhood. Friendliness, availability and hospitality are perfectly combined with the professionalism of the various instructors. In particular, I follow with great interest the engaging teacher of Zoomba as well as instructor of Pound and Piloxing V.R. The environments are clean and spacious and in this period Covid constantly sanitizes. This is why I felt safe immediately after the reopening following the lockdown. Molto consigliati i corsi di zumba, piloxing e pound (questi ultimi praticamente impossibili da trovare a Roma). Prezzi degli abbonamenti molto buoni Recently renovated gym with courses of all kinds. Competent and helpful staff. The zumba, piloxing and pound courses (the latter practically impossible to find in Rome) are highly recommended. Very good subscription prices

Disponibilità, professionalità, cura dedizione e passione...degli ingredienti fondamentali che non possono mancare e qui, li trovate tutti! Massimo rispetto delle norme igieniche, precisione ed attenzione nel rispetto della struttura e degli iscritti, soprattutto in questo momento così particolare. Palestra familiare ed accogliente, ma soprattutto qui potrete trovare competenza e professionalità, con istruttori ed insegnanti validi, preparati e super disponibili per seguirvi nel giusto modo!... assolutamente consigliata! I have known and attended this gym for years and have never felt the need to change! Availability, professionalism, care, dedication and passion ... of the fundamental ingredients that cannot be missing and here, you will find them all! Maximum respect for hygiene rules, precision and attention in respect of the structure and of the members, especially in this particular moment. Consigliato. I was a few days for work in Rome and I found this small but well equipped gym. The daily price of an entrance € 12. Optimal . Recommended.

Completely renewed ... 70 hours of fitness courses per week ... for 20 years always the same instructors ... family atmosphere ... and the monthly to annual passes are the cheapest in the area ...
