Ho trovato un ambiente accogliente dove c’è molta attenzione all’evoluzione del mondo del fitness senza tralasciare l’importanza dell’aspetto umano. Consigliatissma! One of the few gyms in Rome full of light, sunny ... like the character of the owners: efficient and dynamic. I found a welcoming environment where there is a lot of attention to the evolution of the fitness world without neglecting the importance of the human aspect. Highly recommended!

I locali sono puliti costantemente e abbastanza spaziosi da non risultare mai troppo affollati. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e gli istruttori in sala sono preparatissimi e sempre pronti a dare consigli senza risultare invasivi. Oltre la sala pesi, è possibile svolgere una marea di altre attività. Disponibili anche sauna e bagno turco. Gym highly recommended. The multi-storey structure allows you to train in various rooms with large windows. The premises are cleaned constantly and spacious enough to never be too crowded. The staff is kind and helpful and the instructors in the room are very well prepared and always ready to give advice without being invasive. Besides the weight room, you can do a ton of other activities. Also available sauna and turkish bath.

Devo dire che allenandomi alla lungotevere fitness ho la possibilità di utilizzare sia spazi al chiuso che all'aperto, infatti tutti i terrazzi e gli spazi aperti sono allestiti con macchine Technogym, bike da indoorcycling e striding, in questo modo anche persone scrupolose come me possono allenarsi in tranquilla e sicurezza. In such a critical moment of life for humanity, where fear has prevailed above all on our good and healthy habits, for me it was, is and will be of vital importance not to interrupt with training. I must say that by training at lungotevere fitness I have the possibility to use both indoor and outdoor spaces, in fact all the terraces and open spaces are set up with Technogym machines, indoor cycling and striding bikes, in this way even scrupulous people like me can train in peace and safety.

Gestione competente e sempre all’avanguardia, una squadra di trainer gentili e motivati, spazi all’aperto a disposizione, sauna e bagno turco, tantissime lezioni ogni giorno e per tutti i gusti. Impossibile trovare di meglio. La consiglio vivamente a tutti, i miei amici si stanno iscrivendo, anche perché si organizzano spesso eventi speciali in cui ci si conosce. 5 stelle meritatissime Architecturally beautiful gym, with glass walls that give the impression of always training outdoors and with natural light, which in itself has an effect on mood and general well-being. Competent and always state-of-the-art management, a team of kind and motivated trainers, outdoor spaces available, sauna and Turkish bath, lots of lessons every day and for all tastes. Couldn't find better. I highly recommend it to everyone, my friends are signing up, also because we often organize special events where you know each other. 5 stars well deserved
