Absolutely inadequate and unprofessional management compared to the past. Always excellent teachers, unjustified prices for the bad service outside the tub. Bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piscina totalmente rimodernata dalla nuova gestione subentrata alla precedente, poco più di un anno fa.
Le corsie sono quattro e questo penalizza chi vuole fare nuoto libero (possibile quasi sempre solo la mattina), a vantaggio dei corsi.
Alcune scelte gestionali non mi paiono comprensibili. Assurda l'introduzione del pagamento la doccia che deve essere effettuato con la tessera, obbligandoti, tutti bagnati, ad aprire l'armadietto, tirarla fuori, richiuderla e rimettere il lucchetto. Sarebbe stato più intelligente w logico, aumentare il coato fisso di ingresso.
Anche il dover ricompilare l: autocertificazione ohni volta si acceda ( solo cartaceo, e prima di accedere alla piscina), mi pare folle.
Swimming pool totally modernized by the new management that took over the previous one, just over a year ago.
There are four lanes and this penalizes those who want to swim free (almost always possible only in the morning), to the advantage of the courses.
Some management choices do not seem understandable to me. Absurd the introduction of the payment for the shower that must be done with the card, forcing you, all wet, to open the locker, take it out, close it and put the padlock back on. It would have been smarter, of course, to increase the fixed cost of entry.
Even having to recompile the self-certification ohni once you log in (paper only, and before you enter the pool), it seems crazy.

Feb 2020, I paid €400 for the whole season (4 months) and a week after Covid struck and everything closed down. I called them for a refund and I was denied with the promise that when I come back, I can join them again. I call them back and am ready to join them and I get told that my "voucher" has expired. I never got any written communication, even at the time of joining, no access card, nothing. Just a receipt which obviously doesn't state any such clause of expiry.
What I do get offered is a €70 discount for joining them again, rather than refunding me €400 or giving me back the same course I had enrolled for earlier.
