Acquistato un profumo, palesemente difettato, essenza svanisce dopo due minuti e la fragranza è appena percettibile… li contatto e mi dicono che non fanno sostituzioni e devo rivolgermi alla casa madre. Contatto la casa madre e mi dicono che devo rivolgermi alla profumeria. Ricontatto loro e mi dicono che gli dispiace tanto ma non sostituiscono l’articolo perché non è questa la procedura…. Risultato: 200€ buttate. Pessima assistenza al cliente e pochissima disponibilità nel cercare di risolvere. Veramente scandalizzato e perplesso di come si possa fregarsene così di un cliente che nel tuo locale ha speso 200€… A mai più. P.S. Meglio non citare la diatriba dello scontrino. Beautiful perfumery but unfortunately I am forced to give a star. Having bought a perfume, clearly defective, the essence vanishes after two minutes and the fragrance is barely perceptible ... I contact them and they tell me that they do not make substitutions and I have to contact the parent company. I contact the parent company and they tell me that I have to contact the perfumery. I contact them again and they tell me that they are so sorry but they do not replace the article because this is not the procedure .... Result: € 200 thrown away. Bad customer service and very little willingness to try to solve. Really scandalized and perplexed as to how you can give a damn about a customer who has spent € 200 in your restaurant ... Never again. P.S. Better not to mention the receipt diatribe.

This place is a museum of treasures that you can't find anywhere else and then they have the very newest products that few have even known existed. The layout is beautiful. The owner allows you to browse and sample without pressure or judgement. The prices are the best in Rome and he matches Tax Free. I wish I had bought the perfumes I fell in love with, but I had too little time. And I've not seen those luxuries since. I would go back to Rome just to go back to this store.

The bad thing is that the shop isn't well managed when it comes to fresh air going through so it's very hard to smell anything since the air is thick with all different parfume. We didnt get any help whatsoever, not even "Goodbye" when we left. We decided to go to a shop close to this one and spend our money instead, and so should you.

We had a friendly and wonderful reception by the gentleman in the shop who gave us a wonderful experience and explanation of the perfumes that they have and he knows very very well all the perfumes they show , I ended by buying a perfume that I never heard of and it really blowed my mind. I bought 2 perfumes and left with a very big satisfaction and I will come back to buy another in my next visit to Rome
