E	E S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of few perfumeries in Rome offering REAL perfumes. Owner is full of knowledge... and eccentricity! Makes it a very different and special place. The windows can often be eye catching, and even edgy. (Or too edgy). But the love of perfume is there, as is the product.

Also, the prices are super competitive and you know you are getting the real deal. A perfume shop in Rome, what a setting to shop and discover a scent!

I've purchased many times from the nice lady in here before but I won't be returning again after that experience. Came with 600 euro in my pocket willing to spend and left with the same amount because of the judgmental attitude, not all niche fragrance collectors wear suits. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

The store doesn’t hold your usual big name fragrances therefore guidance from (hopefully) the knowledgeable staff is essential. The guy didn’t care and I didn’t buy. With that attitude, I’ll spend my money elsewhere. F you! (This happened in the middle of the day too, after we walked out of our way for 30 min to get to this travel site “recommended” place)

We were visiting Rome last week on vacation and walked upon this store and fell in love with everything it had to offer. Organized, amazing unique selection of one of a kind colognes and perfumes. The owner was very well versed in her complete collections... please note these are not your typical main stream fragrances and are priced accordingly to a foreign and imported market. I will visit them on my next trip and hope to reach out to them to order stuff to be sent to the US... Very Happy Customer!

The shop assistant came over and yelled at us and because so aggressive I thought he was going to hit her. It was extremely frightening and I told him he cannot scream at clients. He started smashing the bottle on the table. There were 4 other people in the shop who were all extremelt frightened by this man's behaviour. I almost called the police but wanted to keep my mum calm who was trebling. I've never had an experience like this before. The manager should really fire this person.

We were interested in learning more about the fragrances and were potential buyers. We were so shocked at his behaviour, I have never felt so unwelcome in a store in all my life. Outrageous.
