K	Kylie 2103 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profumeria con tantissimi prodotti e marchi per trucchi e profumi non molto economica in quanto vende esclusivamente prodotti di alta qualità non fa spesso sconti o promozioni sui prodotti, devo dire che non la preferisco scelgo negozi di make up dove acquistare trucchi a costi contenuti. Il commesso è competente e sa consigliare.Non altrettanto si può dire delle commesse, che cambiano continuamente come in tutte le profumerie gardenia, e si limitano a vendere senza a volte conoscere i prodotti. La peggiore devo dire è quella di via dei quattro venti (Monteverde). Scarsità di assortimento di prodotti e commesse confusionarie anche se volenterose. Mi hanno mandata via e basta, senza neanche ascoltarmi. Dovevo solo fare una gift card da 80€. era una cosa che si poteva fare anche senza entrare, magari potevano uscire un secondo e aiutarmi a trovare una soluzione. Mi dispiace, ma è inutile cercare di essere tanto carini e dalla parte del cliente se poi non si offre alcun tipo di aiuto nel momento del bisogno. Tutta fuffa. Sono tornata solo perché non avevo scelta, dopo aver speso altri 5€ di mascherine alla farmacia di fronte. Al negozio di viale Trastevere era capitata la stessa cosa a un'altra signora e le avevano fornito una mascherina in negozio. Non si trattano i clienti in questo modo. No kind of mental elasticity. Sono veramente pressanti ed invadenti. Per arrivare a far finta di chiedere la fidelity card ma, di fatto, non batterla in cassa e farti pagare il prodotto a prezzo pieno. Pessime, non mi servirò mai più da loro ne' in altri punti vendita Douglas, dal momento che sono stufa della filosofia di queste catene di trattenerti oltre ogni limite sopportabile pur di cercare di venderti la qualunque.
