★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal cambio di proprietà questa palestra ha avuto solo un enorme abbassamento della qualità del servizio e della disponibilità di chi ci lavora. I titolari sono maleducati, lo dimostra il fatto che per avere informazioni sulla situazione green pass se allestivano qualcosa all esterno per chi non potesse accedere all interno mi hanno risposto " significa che pagherai di più" senza darmi altre info. Ho un abbonamento lungo ma non posso entrare e non sanno cosa dirmi. Non hanno soluzioni né cercano il dialogo. Ogni volta che mi reco nella palestra si fanno negare e non richiamano. Credo che il commercio sia cosa per pochi.
Since the change of ownership this gym has had only a huge drop in the quality of service and the availability of those who work there. The owners are rude, as demonstrated by the fact that to get information on the green pass situation, if they set up something outside for those who could not access the inside, they replied "it means that you will pay more" without giving me more info. I have a long subscription but I can't log in and they don't know what to tell me. They have no solutions nor do they seek dialogue. Every time I go to the gym they are denied and do not call back. I believe that trade is for the few.
