Tuttavia questa farmacia si caratterizza per una marcata disponibilità verso il cliente, sia in termini di ascolto sia di suggerimento e supporto: caratteristiche condivise sia dal personale più giovane sia da quello più esperto.
Offre sconti ai dipendenti dell'Amministrazione Regionale in base ad una specifica convenzione.
Ove possibile, pratica comunque qualche sconto.

Per quanto mi riguarda, il dottore è il numero uno a livello di simpatia, senza togliere nulla alle altre dottoresse professionali che si alternano al bancone di questo esercizio. Cortesia non manca, così come gli sconti che vengono praticati. Unico neo: in tempo di covid, essendo un locale di dimensioni ridotte, spesso e volentieri ci si ritrova a dover effettuare la fila sotto il portico però nulla di preoccupante, Bologna è fatta di portici ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Сначала мы покупали здесь витамины. Потом мы сдавали там анализ на антиген, так называемый у них rapid test.Девушка осень милая, вежливая и доброжелательная. При знакомстве выяснилось что она из Греции, а мы как раз сдавали тест что бы лететь в Грецию. Девушка очень добросовестно взяла анализ, дождалась результата, распечатала нам сертификат и мы благополучно уехали. Стоимость теста 15евро. Быстро и недорого. Рекомендую.
