Materie prime scelte, sfoglia tirata a mano, crescente sfornata ogni giorno, birre artigianali, piatti della tradizione con alcune rivisitazioni interessanti, vetrina per altre prelibatezza del territorio. Il posto é grazioso, pieno di piacevoli dettagli (in cui speriamo presto di poter ricominciare a mangiare) , rapporto qualità prezzo senza uguali e poi c'è la gentilezza e la passione di Andrea, il titolare chef. Da provare e riprovare! It tastes good and caring. Selected raw materials, hand-rolled pastry, growing out of the oven every day, craft beers, traditional dishes with some interesting reinterpretations, showcase for other delicacies of the territory. The place is nice, full of pleasant details (in which we hope to soon be able to start eating again), value for money without equal and then there is the kindness and passion of Andrea, the owner chef. I piatti sono ottimi e il personale gentile. Servizio veloce. Ottima anche la carta vini con le bottiglie piccole per chi è in due o da solo. Bravi We needed a place of this type in the area. First of all, the industrial furniture with cookbooks and wines on display is beautiful. The dishes are excellent and the staff are nice. Fast service. The wine list with small bottles is also excellent for those who are two or alone. Well done

Menù essenziale con tanti primi e alcuni secondi, tutti piatti tipici della cucina bolognese. Qualità delle materie prime ottima. Tutti i piatti che abbiamo mangiato erano buonissimi!!! Assolutamente da provare! Oh my goodness !!! Delicious rotisserie with tables to eat inside as well as away. Basic menu with many first and some second courses, all typical dishes of Bolognese cuisine. Excellent quality of raw materials. All the dishes we ate were delicious !!! A must try!

Aggiungo: un menù essenziale ma curato, una buona attenzione alla materia prima, un ambiente pulito e funzionale e soprattutto, molta cortesia. E tutto solo in due anni dall'inaugurazione, e con in mezzo una pandemia... Un bel risultato! Congratulations to Francesca and Andrea: while in the quadrilateral there are countless fake lovers of the Bolognese tradition, you have to go to San Donato to eat a lasagna as God commands! I would add: an essential but well-finished menu, good attention to raw materials, a clean and functional environment and above all, a lot of courtesy. And all just two years after its inauguration, and with a pandemic in between ... A great result!
