R	Rachida barhoumi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità 0.sono andata con mio figlio disabile che ha 6 anni a fare tampone, ci hanno messo fuori come dei lebbrosi..tutto ciò perché il bimbo dopo aver pianto per 20 min il tempo che loro si sono preparati si era acaldato e alla presa di temperatura aveva 37,2 che non è febre ,A ho dovuto fare io il tampone fuori perché loro hanno detto che hanno paura di farlo ad un bimbo disabile........ Professionalism 0. I went with my disabled son who is 6 years old to do a tampon, they put us out like lepers .. all this because the baby after crying for 20 minutes the time they prepared had warmed up and taken temperature was 37.2 which is not a fever, A I had to swab it out because they said they are afraid to do it to a disabled child ........

Ieri mattina mia mamma di 83 anni è rimasta fuori al freddo per oltre un'ora per una prenotazione al CUP per poi andare via senza nulla di fatto. Quando una ragazza presente ha fatto notare che nessuno dei dipendenti si occupava del servizio e non si può aspettare fuori al freddo la risposta (che si commenta da sola) è stato che la priorità è il servizio farmaci e che potevano andare al CUP di Via Mengoli. Mi chiedo: ma se non siete in grado di avere un servizio aperto non potete semplicemente chiuderlo. Personale non professionale, maleducato ed irrispettoso, vista l'età degli utenti in attesa. Indifendibili. Bad management of CUP service. Yesterday morning my 83-year-old mom was out in the cold for over an hour for a reservation at the CUP and then left with nothing. When a girl present pointed out that none of the employees were in charge of the service and you cannot wait outside in the cold, the answer (which speaks for itself) was that the priority is the drug service and that they could go to the CUP in Via Mengoli . I wonder: but if you are unable to have a service open you cannot just close it. Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful staff, given the age of the waiting users. Indefensible.

Mi toccherà averci ancora a che fare. Dalla risposta si capisce il senso della mia recensione. Allora entro nel merito: entro in farmacia e dopo varie domande sul mio stato di salute 'confesso di avere la tosse'. Sono un tabagista, è gennaio, ci sta. Da qui il processo di Norimberga (grazie a Dio non c'era nessuno all'interno della Farmacia perché sennò mi sarei sotterrato, manco fossi un ladro). Senza nessuna polemica ho alzato i tacchi e me ne sono andato perché dal linguaggio del corpo delle due farmaciste, che si sono allontanate come se fossi lebbroso (c'è anche un plexiglass di separazione ed eravamo tutti con le mascherine ffp2), ho capito che stavo sprecando il mio tempo. Un consiglio: se non volete fare tamponi perché, giustamente, avete paura di prendere il covid, non fateli! Non vi obbliga nessuno. Indisponent and snooty, it is not the first time that I notice him.
