Le farmaciste sono tutte carine e disponibili per dare consigli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questi ultimi mesi mio figlio ha eseguito presso la farmacia 4 tamponi rapidi di cui 3 risultati falsi positivi, per essere poi smentiti da altri tamponi rapidi e molecolari fatti di conseguenza. Ho segnalato la cosa alla farmacia che non intende indagare il problema. Un test sierologico di mia mamma risultò anch'esso falso positivo. Direi che hanno un problema, peccato vedere superficialità in un servizio così importante.
In recent months my son has performed 4 rapid swabs at the pharmacy, 3 of which are false positive results, only to be denied by other rapid and molecular swabs made accordingly. I have reported this to the pharmacy which does not intend to investigate the problem. A serological test from my mom was also found to be false positive. I would say they have a problem, it's a pity to see superficiality in such an important service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora robusta con gli occhiali con la quale ho avuto a che fare è stata estremamente scortese, direi veramente arrogante. Hanno oltre tutto dei costi esagerati. Non vi ero mai stata e la sconsiglio vivamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tampone rapido fai da te 18 euro la sera di capodanno, proprio nel periodo in cui i tamponi sono introvabili. In pratica il doppio del prezzo di mercato. Complimenti di cuore e buon anno.

Do-it-yourself swab, bought at Coop and in many pharmacies for 4.90 euros, sold in this pharmacy for 10 euros. It doesn't seem correct to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo chiamato per un urgenza dato che la mia compagna prendere la pillola anticoncezionale e si è ritrovata a tarda sera 00:00 che le aveva finite( ovviamente per una mancanza nostra ma può succedere), andiamo in farmacia a chiedere appunto un blister per non avere problemi e soprattutto dolori per lei, il commesso si rifiuta di venderci la pillola perché senza ricetta lasciandoci senza altre soluzioni questo è avvenuto la notte del 9 aprile sul 10 aprile, il commesso ci ha liquidato in maniera vera scortese e maleducata, fossi in voi rivaluterei il personale perché non si tratta così i clienti soprattutto in un momento di difficoltà a mezza notte, in ogni caso fortunatamente abbiamo risolto con un altra farmacia.
Sono veramente schifato da come siamo stati trattati, non so chi fosse il commesso ma non è sicuramente adatto a lavorare in pubblico.

I am really disgusted by how we were treated, I don't know who the salesman was but he is definitely not suitable for working in public.
