★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestione dei tamponi FOLLE. Assolutamente inutile avere la prenotazione perché poi per pagare si deve fare la coda assieme a chi non ce l'aveva. Risultato: un'ora e mezza di coda al freddo quando va bene. Oggi dopo due ore di coda me ne sono andata senza averlo registrato e non posso andare al lavoro.
