★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato più volte a chiamare, non rispondono al telefono, mi sono dovuta recare di persona in farmacia solo per chiedere un'informazione e quando sono arrivata lì, il telefono continuava a squillare e nessuno dei 2 farmacisti (di cui solo una era impegnata con i clienti) rispondeva.
In farmacia, in quel momento, vi erano solo 2 clienti oltre a me.
Solo in un'occasione successiva, in cui dovevo prenotare un medicinale, mi hanno risposto al telefono, dicendomi con tono seccato che quel medicinale non lo avevano (senza nemmeno verificare) e che se volevo prenotarlo dovevo recarmi in farmacia o comunicare tramite WhatsApp ( senza fornirmi il numero) perché lei aveva 3 clienti da servire.

Only on a subsequent occasion, when I had to book a medicine, did they answer the phone, telling me in an annoyed tone that they did not have that medicine (without even checking) and that if I wanted to book it I had to go to the pharmacy or communicate via WhatsApp (without give me the number) because she had 3 customers to serve.
