Devi fare un operazione, ti dicono che puoi farla in autonomia sul sito, provi e riprovi, nulla. chiami l'assistenza on line, ancora più imbarazzante perché non sanno nemmeno loro come aiutarti, vai in filiale (dove mi è stato detto che in zona bianca non serve l'appuntamento) mi serve un documento stampato, circa massimo 5 minuti per questa operazione???? Mi viene risposto che la collega alle 16 finisce il turno e non può aiutarmi. Manco lavorasse in miniera che non può fermarsi 5 minuti in più. Mai vista tanta incompetenza.
