ma la banca ha emesso ugualmente la ricevuta di prelievo. Ho subito segnalato il problema allo sportello ed aspetto ancora il rimborso sul mio conto.
Sono passati più di 12 giorni lavorativi. Un tempo per me esagerato.
In mid-August I used this bank counter for an ATM withdrawal; I did not receive the money due to a problem with the car
but the bank still issued the withdrawal receipt. I immediately reported the problem at the counter and I am still waiting for a refund to my account.
More than 12 working days have passed. An exaggerated time for me.
