Li ho contattati per avere un preventivo, abbiamo fissato un appuntamento a casa mia per fare un sopralluogo all'orario comodo per le loro (io avrei preferito fare più tardi perché avevo già altri impegni in programma). Li ho accontentati, ho fatto letteralmente i salti mortali per riuscire a sbrigare tutto il più in fretta possibile in modo da essere a casa in orario. Ci sono riuscito ma loro....Non sono arrivati!
Ho aspettato una ventina di minuti, li ho chiamati e mi è stato risposto "ci siamo dimenticati". A mio parere inaccettabile e sintomo di scarsa, scarsissima professionalità.
Very bad experience. I contacted them for a quote, we set an appointment at my house to make an inspection of the time convenient for them (I would have preferred to do later because I already had other commitments in the program). I satisfied them, I literally made somersaults to be able to do everything as quickly as possible so that I could be at home on time. I succeeded but they .... They didn't arrive!
I waited twenty minutes, called them and was told "we forgot". In my opinion unacceptable and a symptom of poor, very little professionalism.
