Qui la "famiglia" ha tutte queste qualità, ma ... della vera differenza la percepisci quando un super prodotto si guasta ancora in garanzia e il produttore ti ignora. Pensateci quando acquistate online, se effettivamente vi conviene. Peccato che certi commercianti siano solo nei paesini di provincia. Mi hanno fatto rimanere un mese senza frigo, adducendo una marea di scuse (problemi logistici, ritardo nelle spedizioni, il gomito che gli faceva contatto col piede) poi di punto in bianco mi hanno cancellato l'ordine. Mi sono messo a cercare lo stesso modello di frigorifero e l'ho trovato ordinabile da Barteselli. Ho chiesto informazioni tramite Whatsapp e mi hanno richiamato loro nel giro di pochissimo tempo, ci siamo messi d'accordo e ho ordinato direttamente al telefono. Mi hanno consegnato il frigorifero, perfetto, in sole 48 ore, pagandolo alla consegna, durante la quale mi hanno anche cambiato l'apertura delle porte in modo efficiente e pulito. Certo l'ho pagato un po' di più, ma il servizio eccellente ha decisamente compensato il sovrapprezzo. D'ora in poi sarà il mio punto di riferimento per gli elettrodomestici.
