Sono stati super dettagliati e mi hanno spiegato bene il problema. Mi hanno fatto sapere il costo e ho confermato. Una volta arrivata in negozio ho ritirato il prodotto, il costo era quello comunicato e mi hanno spiegato come pulire correttamente il mio ferro. Ormai il ferro va più di 9 mesi con un vapore eccezionale. Super disponibili ; ho chiamato due volte per conferma per essere sicura di aver capito e sono sempre stati molto gentili. Sono tornata per i sacchi del mio aspirapolvere Rowenta e per portare in riparazione il Bimby della mia vicina e anche in queste due occasioni mi hanno soddisfatto completamente. Once I arrived at the store I collected the product, the cost was the one communicated and they explained to me how to properly clean my iron. By now the iron goes over 9 months with exceptional steam. Super available; I called twice for confirmation to be sure I understood and they were always very kind. I went back for the bags of my Rowenta vacuum cleaner and to take my neighbor's Thermomix for repair and also on these two occasions they satisfied me completely.

Ormai è da più di 9 mesi che l'ho ritirato e non ho avuto più problemi. Very kind and competent. I had a problem with my Dyson hair dryer that was losing power. They managed to fix it quickly. I needed a refrigerator drawer that they managed to get hold of, I then brought my Dyson hair dryer that was no longer starting and managed to fix it and then I asked for assistance with a DeLonghi electric oven with a timer problem that they fixed. Always kind, professional and helpful.
