Spiego che devo acquistare tutti gli elettrodomestici per la nostra nuova cucina, aggiungo che ho già un elenco di prodotti suggeriti dal mobiliere, ma che avrei voluto la loro opinione ed eventualmente una proposta per dei prodotti paritetici o di livello superiore. La persona che mi ha accolto mi risponde in modo abbastanza sbrigativo e sgarbato che è un lavoro lungo e che loro alle 12.30 chiudono. Ho ringraziato la persona per la sua scortesia facendo presente che avrei sicuramente trovato altrove.
I would like to share my bad experience. I enter this shop at 12.10 on Saturday morning to get information. I explain that I have to buy all the appliances for our new kitchen, I add that I already have a list of products suggested by the furniture maker, but that I would have liked their opinion and possibly a proposal for equal or higher level products. The person who welcomed me replies in a rather hasty and rude way that it is a long job and that they close at 12.30. I thanked the person for his rudeness pointing out that I would definitely find somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perché tenere aperto un negozio così? Accolto con scortesia da una donna che mi ha subito dichiarato non esserci nessuno che mi avrebbe seguito. Negozio al buio. Assortimento povero. Da evitare assolutamente.
Why keep such a shop open? Greeted with rudeness by a woman who immediately told me there was no one who would follow me. Shop in the dark. Poor assortment. To be avoided absolutely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tornata da Styldomus perché in passato io e la mia famiglia ci siamo serviti da loro e siamo rimasti sempre molto soddisfatti per cortesia, competenza e qualità. Ma stamattina siamo stati accolti in modo scortese con aria da sufficienza e sfrontata da una donna con i capelli rossi. Mi sono saltati i nervi e me ne sono andata! Mai più!!!!
I returned from Styldomus because in the past my family and I have served us and we have always been very satisfied with courtesy, competence and quality. But this morning we were greeted rudely and cheekily by a woman with red hair. I got nervous and I left! Never again!!!!
