Cesare il gestore persona inizialmente gentile e premurosa ma in fase di presentazione del progetto si dimostra PRESUNTUOSA, PERMALOSA nel dover rivedere alcune sue scelte nel design molto scontato e banale e molto FUORI LUOGO nel farci sentire a disagio chiedendoci il nostro budget altrimenti non andava ad aggiungere elementi !!! Prezzo finale ? Senza uno straccio di dettaglio ci toglie subito 5000 dal preventivo, facendoci il 50% di sconto su una camerata che costa come una cucina hahahahah surreale !!! Si vanta di tanti clienti e che uno più uno meno non fa la differenza. ... siamo rimasti basiti e sorpresi dall accoglienza di questo signore. Dice di aver appena rilevato il negozio ... AUGURI !!! Si inizi così fallisco presto! BAD experience !! Cesare the manager initially kind and caring person but in the presentation phase of the project he proves to be PRESUMPTIBLE, PERMALOSA in having to review some of his choices in the very obvious and banal design and very OUT OF PLACE in making us feel uncomfortable asking us for our budget otherwise he would not add elements !!! Final price ? Without a shred of detail he immediately removes 5000 from the quote, giving us a 50% discount on a dormitory that costs like a surreal kitchen hahahahah !!! He boasts of so many customers and that one plus one minus doesn't make a difference. ... we were thrilled and surprised by the welcome of this gentleman. He says he has just taken over the shop ... BEST WISHES !!! Get started so I fail soon!

Essendo estremamente appassionato del suo lavoro, Cesare offre moltissima disponibilità, cortesia e pazienza al fine di soddisfare al meglio le esigenze del cliente. Da non sottovalutare la qualità dei marchi trattati, le camerette della Moretti sono bellissime e moderne, io ne ho acquistate 2 per arredare le 2 stanze dei miei figli + la camera matrimoniale per noi. Come se ciò non bastasse, i prezzi e la scontistica applicati,sono veramente competitivi, se paragonati a quelli di altri negozi, per la stessa tipologia e qualità di prodotto Trattando infine diverse marche , è possibile scegliere e trovare una soluzione valida ,per ogni tipo di budget. Leggendo anche gli altri commenti, rimango stupito e trovo altresi incomprensibile e fuori luogo, l'unica recensione negativa data a questo negozio, sottolineando la mia recente esperienza positiva come cliente. I highly recommend the Monza shop of Moretti camerette, as it is managed by a very competent, nice and prepared person, able to dispense valid advice on how to best furnish a room. Being extremely passionate about his work, Cesare offers a lot of availability, courtesy and patience in order to best meet the customer's needs. The quality of the brands handled should not be underestimated, Moretti's bedrooms are beautiful and modern, I bought 2 to furnish my children's 2 rooms + the double bedroom for us. As if this were not enough, the prices and discounts applied are really competitive, if compared to those of other stores, for the same type and quality of product. Finally, dealing with different brands, it is possible to choose and find a valid solution, for every type of budget. Reading the other comments as well, I am amazed and also find it incomprehensible and out of place, the only negative review given to this shop, highlighting my recent positive experience as a customer.
