Negli ultimi mesi, con l’arrivo del nuovo personale, devo ricredermi: servizio di “consulenza” al cliente nettamente calato (ma mettiamoci che per le leve più giovani serva anche esperienza); intollerabile a mio parere che per più volte si parli con la farmacista o il farmacista di turno di problematiche legate comunque alla salute e ci si trovi davanti a una persona che confabula e ridacchia con il collega. Tutto questo con le mascherine e quindi vai a sapere se quello che hai appena esposto sia particolarmente divertente o parlano dei fatti loro.
