Ho chiamato tre settimane fa per prenotare dei tamponi con anticipo per stare tranquilla e mi era stato detto che aprivano l'agenda ogni lunedì quindi di chiamare il lunedì della settimana che mi interessava. Così ho fatto. Peccato che in modo molto maleducato mi hanno risposto che tutto il mese di ottobre era pieno. Ma come? Quando ho chiamato io non mi hanno fissato l'appuntamento, perché ad altri lo hanno fissato? La risposta è stata perché chi necessità dei tamponi lì aggredisce... E ci credo ... Se questo è il vostro modo di lavorare e di organizzarvi cambiate lavoro e se siete contrari al pensiero dei tamponi non aderite al servizio! One star is too much!
