Mai una volta mi hanno giudicata o questionata o gridato al vento i miei mali, sono veramente bravissimi e per chiunque capiti a Bergamo spero che anche se per un piccolo raffreddore passi da loro. Sono persone responsabili che si preoccupano VERAMENTE per gli altri e non come in altre farmacie dove chiedere dove chiedere un piccolo riguardo o consiglio sembra un crimine! Hanno il POS pietoso di Nexi: non accettano carte di credito ed il contactless gira in automatico su bancomat con addebito diretto. Beware of payment problems. Errore molto grave, in particolare perché si trattava di un farmaco sedativo che mi ha costretto a diminuire il dosaggio gradualmente per evitare di diventare dipendente. Sono andata a far presente la cosa, la titolare non si è minimamente preoccupata di indagare sull'accaduto e la farmacista che mi aveva servito se n'è andata dicendo che non si ricordava nulla. Tenendo conto che il farmaco necessita di ricetta medica e che si tratta di un errore da denuncia, sono stati estremamente scortesi e molto poco professionali. La sconsiglio caldamente. Taking into account that the drug requires a prescription and that it is a complaint error, they were extremely rude and very unprofessional. I strongly advise against it.

Ricomprati alla farmacia di campagnola più pagati la metà ovvero il prezzo giusto!!!!!
