Il servizio e la mancanza di professionalità ci hanno lasciato allibite. Pronte a passare un'oretta di gioia tra sorelle siamo invece state servite in modo rapido e sbrigativo senza alcuna empatia o cordialità in meno di mezzora sono uscita con un bell'abito ma una sensazione di stordimento totale talmente è stato rapido e asettica tutta la prova. Mi sono ritrovata anche seno al vento durante la prova perché "se no non si vedeva bene l'effetto" e con frasi del tipo "con il suo budget non è che si può pretendere molto" e ancora "scusi ma abbiamo una sposa ogni 40 min". Essere tratta con la delicatezza e la rapidità di un pacco postale non è piacevole. In conclusione se siete spose con un obbiettivo e un budget basso ve lo consiglio ma solo sul punto di vista pratico. I bought my wedding dress from Michela, very good value for money but that's the only positive note. The service and lack of professionalism left us stunned. I also found myself blowing in the wind during the rehearsal because "otherwise you couldn't see the effect well" and with phrases like "with your budget you can't expect much" and more "sorry but we have a bride every 40 min ". Being handled with the delicacy and speed of a parcel is not pleasant. In conclusion, if you are brides with a goal and a low budget I recommend it but only from a practical point of view.
M	Maria Lucia Cirese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il negozio presenta un buon assortimento di abiti fra nuovi e usati, ma il pezzo forte sono i vestiti da sposa, non trovate un assortimento vasto ,come negli store di griffe, ma credetemi ha degli abiti molto belli e di firma, a prezzi decisamente convenienti . La proprietaria , unitamente alla sua assistente, sa consigliare e dimostra una professionalità nel campo, che non guasta. Fare una visita nel negozio ne vale veramente la pena.. consigliatissimo. the shop has a good assortment of new and used dresses, but the highlight are the wedding dresses, you don't find a vast assortment, like in designer stores, but believe me it has very beautiful and signature dresses, at very affordable prices . The owner, together with her assistant, knows how to advise and demonstrates a professionalism in the field, which does not hurt. Paying a visit to the shop is really worth it .. highly recommended.

L'abito da sposa che ho portato poco più di un anno fa non è stato abbastanza pubblicizzato (ho controllato periodicamente sul profilo per vedere il tipo di lavoro che svolgevano) quindi è rimasto invenduto. Come nel settore immobiliare, le case più sono importanti, più vanno pubblicizzate... Quindi da parte mia, posso dire che il servizio non mi ha per nulla soddisfatta. Poi ho trovato la proprietaria antipatica, musona, svogliata e poco intraprendente, sia oggi al ritiro che l'anno scorso alla consegna... A differenza della ragazza che lavora per lei che è più gentile e sorridente. Zero professionalism ... Io e la mia amica siamo andate oggi , abbiamo provato con calma tantissimi abiti e alla fine abbiamo scelto con l’aiuto di Michela e Tatiana l’abito perfetto per una occasione unica della nostra vita. Comprendere la professionalità non è per tutti, avere pazienza, sorridere e cercare di far si che una sposa esca fuori con l’abito che la rappresenterà in un giorno così importante non è facile, e pure ci sono persone che occupandosi di questo mestiere avendo un occhio formato di posso aiutare a splendere in una giornata meravigliosa. Tutte le promesse sono state ampiamente rispettate e superate! Personale gentilissimo, simpatico e davvero competente, in men che non si dica ho trovato il vestito perfetto! Lo consiglio a tutti nella maniera più assoluta! Una realtà davvero fantastica! Non mi soffermo sull'ambiente un po' angusto e datato, né sulla fredda accoglienza della proprietaria; la motivazione che mi fa mettere 1 stella è il pessimo servizio dato al potenziale cliente: per provare gli abiti si è obbligate a stare su un piedistallo grande 1metro x 1metro e a guardarsi davanti ad uno specchio stretto e alto, nulla di più, da lì non si può scendere altrimenti 'si rischia di rovinare il vestito e di doverlo pagare', non ci si può muovere, non si può quindi avere una visione completa della forma dell'abito (che solitamente ha anche una coda...ma chi l'ha vista così?!) né farsi un'idea della sua portabilità... Chi ti accompagna poi non può assolutamente muoversi da un divanetto posto davanti al piccolo piedistallo, deve tenere la borsa appoggiata dove dice il personale, non può fare foto, non può toccare nulla... Insomma capisco determinate regole ma così si compra a scatola chiusa! Finisco col dire che, pur di vendere, mi è stato detto un nome falso dell'abito che mi interessava... Era una 'linea continuativa' di un noto marchio mi è stato detto, quando invece mi è bastato cercare nel web per identificarlo nella non più continuativa collezione del 2013... Ps. Care future spose se avete un budget limitato sappiate che molti Atelier vi potranno offrire validissime alternative, trattandovi comunque con i guanti. Per me visto che vi sentite cosi superiori , gli abiti ve li potete tenere . Michela è una signora molto elegante, dolce e disponibile. È stata molto brava e paziente ad aiutarmi con la scelta del mio abito. Non essendo della mia taglia mi ha consigliato la sarta che ha convenzionata con il suo negozio e devo dire che è stata bravissima. È riuscita ad adattare l'abito al mio fisico e sistemare dove era necessario. Consiglierei questo negozio a tutte le future spose sia per il rapporto qualità-prezzo ma anche per la sua bravura nel lavoro che fa. I bought my dream dress in September 2019. I found this place by chance on the internet and intrigued I immediately made an appointment. Michela is a very elegant, sweet and helpful lady. She was very good and patient to help me with the choice of my dress. Not being my size, she recommended the seamstress who has an agreement with her shop and I must say she was very good. She managed to adapt the dress to my body and place it where it was needed. I would recommend this shop to all future brides both for the value for money but also for her skill in the work she does.
