Pensavo di fare una semplice pulizia e invece loro hanno studiato un programma appositamente per me, migliorando la mia pelle e hanno anche saputo consigliarmi dei prodotti ottimi per il mantenimento. Consiglio questo centro perché è fornito di tutto quello di cui una donna ha bisogno per rilassarsi e godersi qualche ora tutta per sé I was recently for a facial cleanse. I had a great time, the girls are very competent and passionate about what they do. I thought I would do a simple cleaning and instead they have designed a program specifically for me, improving my skin and have also been able to recommend excellent products for maintenance. Sconsigliato very bad experience, I received a coupon for 3 remodeling sessions as a gift but no treatment was performed because it had to be integrated with a cost of at least 240 euros. Mi sono dovuta ricredere perché ho acquistato poi successivamente un pacchetto rimodellante ho perso un sacco di centimetri e mi vedo poi tonica e più asciutta Consigliatissimo!!?? Durante il primo appuntamento (pulizia viso) non avendo comprato nessun prodotto/pacchetto opzionale da loro proposto, la cortesia è venuta meno. Durante quello che si presumeva essere il secondo appuntamento (scrub + massaggio), una volta arrivata sul posto mi è stato detto che il mio trattamento era stato eliminato. Senza il minimo preavviso e il minimo rispetto del cliente. Not recommended. Groupon experience that instead of becoming a showcase to buy customers turned out to be very bad. Ho acquistato mio malgrado un coupon su groupon che comprendeva 3 massaggi a scelta, era un regalo per mia mamma. Primo disagio avuto nel momento di chiamare la struttura per avere un appuntamento: non ti fanno usufruire del coupon se non fai un check-up completo del corpo, servizio che richiede un appuntamento prima di quello effettivo e che posso capire fino ad un certo punto (si richiedevano massaggi rilassanti senza nessun tipo di "terapia"). Mia mamma purtroppo è una persona che ha diversi impegni e mea culpa si è dimenticata dell'appuntamento check-up. Premetto che prima di prendere questo appuntamento avevamo chiesto un promemoria che non c'è stato. Ne una chiamata ne un messaggio. Chiamo oggi la struttura, chiedo il motivo per cui nessuno ci ha contattato, la Titolare sostiene che questi coupon servono loro per farsi conoscere (sottointeso NESSUNO TI PRENDE IN CONSIDERAZIONE visto che su questi per loro il guadagno è minimo), ho chiesto se era possibile prendere un nuovo appuntamento combinando check-up e massaggio ma mi sono sentita dire dalla Titolare che, visto il mio tono arrogante (quando era lei a parlarmi sopra) NON SONO GRADITA COME CLIENTE E MI HA INVITATO A RICHIEDERE IL RIMBORSO. Morale della favola non acquistate coupon e aspettatevi comunque un personale poco professionale nella gestione degli appuntamenti e delle richieste del cliente. BAD EXPERIENCE, RUDE STAFF. I bought a coupon on groupon against my will that included 3 massages of your choice, it was a gift for my mom. First discomfort when calling the facility to have an appointment: they don't let you take advantage of the coupon if you don't do a full body check-up, a service that requires an appointment before the actual one and that I can understand up to a certain point ( relaxing massages were required without any kind of "therapy"). Unfortunately, my mom is a person who has several commitments and mea culpa has forgotten the check-up appointment. I state that before making this appointment we had asked for a reminder that was not there. Neither a call nor a message. I call the structure today, I ask why no one has contacted us, the Owner claims that these coupons are used to make themselves known (implied NO ONE TAKES YOU INTO CONSIDERATION since on these for them the gain is minimal), I asked if it was possible make a new appointment combining check-up and massage but I was told by the owner that, given my arrogant tone (when she was talking to me above) I am NOT welcome as a customer and has invited me to request a refund. Moral of the story do not buy coupons and still expect unprofessional staff in managing appointments and customer requests.

Davvero molto brava la giovanissima estetista Luna che si è presa cura di me Trattamento al viso davvero di qualità. First time in this center, not easy to find because it has no sign despite being in the center. Very good the very young beautician Luna who took care of me. Really quality facial treatment.

Ho acquistato un percorso di dimagrimento…ho perso diversi centimetri e quasi 5kg sono felicissima, le ragazze mi coccolano e sono gentilissime. Le ragazze sono molto preparate anche sul consigliare trattamenti e sono molto servizievoli. È organizzato tutto come si deve, comprese le cabine molto ordinate e pulite. Consigliatissimo!!!!
